Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 炭化水素井戸の坑井内にケーシングライナーを形成する方法であって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井内に配置されたケーシングパイプと前記坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域内にケーシングライナープリントヘッドを配置するステップと、
前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを操作して、前記環状領域内にケーシングライナー一体化構造材料を噴出して、前記環状領域内に、前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料内に形成される連続した空隙を含むケーシングライナー一体化構造を形成することを含む、ダウンホールライニング作業を行うステップと、
前記ケーシングライナー材料内に形成される前記連続した空隙内にセメント質材料を堆積させて、前記環状領域内に、前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料と前記セメント質材料を含む、ケーシングライナーを形成するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ダウンホールライニング作業は、前記坑井の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナーのプリントヘッドを前進させることと、前記環状領域の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料を噴出して、前記環状領域の前記長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造を形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料がポリマーを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料は、セメント質材料のヤング率より小さいヤング率を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造は、長手方向に配向された構造要素と、対応する長手方向に配向された空隙領域とを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造は、長手方向に配向された六角形の構造要素と、対応する長手方向に配向された六角形の空隙領域とを有する、ハニカム形状の一体化構造を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造は、半径方向に配向された六角形の構造要素と、対応する半径方向に配向された空隙領域とを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造は、半径方向に配向された六角形の構造要素と、対応する半径方向に配向された六角形の空隙領域とを有する、ハニカム形状の一体化構造を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 坑井のケーシングライナープリンティングシステムであって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井に配置されたケーシングパイプと前記坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域内に配置されるように構成されたケーシングライナープリントヘッドであって、前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドは、前記環状領域内にケーシングライナー一体化構造材料を噴出して、前記環状領域内に、前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料内に形成される連続した空隙を含むケーシングライナー一体化構造を形成するように構成された、ケーシングライナープリントヘッドと、
前記ケーシングライナー材料に形成される連続した空隙にセメント質材料を堆積させて、前記環状領域内に、前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料と前記セメント質材料を含むケーシングライナーを形成するように構成された、セメンチングシステムと、
を含む、システム。 - 前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドは、前記坑井の長さに沿って前進され、前記環状領域の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料を噴出して、前記環状領域の前記長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造を形成するように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料がポリマーを含む、請求項9または請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料は、前記セメント質材料のヤング率より小さいヤング率を有する、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造は、長手方向に配向された構造要素と、対応する長手方向に配向された空隙領域とを含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造は、長手方向に配向された六角形の構造要素と、対応する長手方向に配向された六角形の空隙領域とを有する、ハニカム形状の一体化構造を含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造は、半径方向に配向された六角形の構造要素と、対応する半径方向に配向された空隙領域とを含む、請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造は、半径方向に配向された六角形の構造要素と、対応する半径方向に配向された六角形の空隙領域とを有する、ハニカム形状の一体化構造を含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 炭化水素井戸の坑井内にケーシングライナーを形成する方法であって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井に配置されたケーシングパイプと前記坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域にケーシングライナープリントヘッドを配置するステップと、
前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを操作して、前記環状領域内にケーシングライナー一体化構造材料を噴出して、前記環状領域内に、前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料内に形成される連続した空隙を含むケーシングライナー一体化構造を形成することを含む、ダウンホールライニング作業を行うステップと、
前記ケーシングライナー材料内に形成される前記連続した空隙内にケーシングセメントを堆積させて、前記環状領域内に、前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料および前記ケーシングセメントを含むケーシングライナーを形成するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記ダウンホールライニング作業は、前記坑井の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを前進させることと、前記環状領域の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造材料を噴出して、前記環状領域の前記長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー一体化構造を形成することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
