Claims (5)
- 鋳造方案設計システムであって、
知識基盤の設計基礎情報を保存するデータベースと、
鋳造方案を設計しようとする鋳造品の形状関連エンティティ(entity)を入力されるエンティティ入力モジュールと、
前記データベースに既に保存された知識基盤の設計基礎情報及び前記入力された形状関連エンティティに基づいて、鋳造方案の各構成要素別エンティティを生成するエンティティ生成モジュールと、
前記入力された鋳造品の形状関連エンティティと前記生成された鋳造方案の各構成要素別エンティティに基づいて設計された鋳造方案の3Dグラフィック形状を生成する3D形状生成モジュールと、
前記生成された3Dグラフィック形状に対応する2Dグラフィック形状が表示されたグラフィック使用者インターフェース(GUI)上で入力された編集命令に従って、前記鋳造方案の設計を編集し、前記編集に対応するように前記2Dグラフィック形状を動的に変形して表示するグラフィック使用者インターフェース(GUI)モジュールと、を含み、
前記鋳造品の形状関連エンティティは、鋳造品の形状及びサイズ、コア及び冷金(chill)を含み、
前記鋳造方案の各構成要素別エンティティは、ポーアリングパス、パスライン、インゲート、ジョイント及びブランチを含む第1パートエンティティと、ライザー及びベントを含む第2パートエンティティとを含む、鋳造方案設計システム。 - 前記第2パートエンティティのライザーに対するサイドライザー、トップライザー及びライザーネックを含む、請求項1に記載の鋳造方案設計システム。
- 前記エンティティ生成モジュールは、
前記鋳造品の厚さに基づいて前記ライザーの位置を判断し、前記判断されたライザーの位置を前記ライザーのエンティティに反映する、請求項1に記載の鋳造方案設計システム。 - 前記グラフィック使用者インターフェースモジュールは、
前記生成された3Dグラフィック形状に対応する2Dグラフィック形状が表示されたグラフィック使用者インターフェース(GUI)上でインゲートの位置を編集するために、インゲートをクリック、ドラグ/ドロップする編集命令に従って、流路形状における前記インゲートの高さを自動で調整して表示する、請求項2に記載の鋳造方案設計システム。 - 使用者命令に従って、前記設計された鋳造方案の溶湯注入による健全性をチェックするためのシミュレーションを遂行するシミュレーションモジュールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の鋳造方案設計システム。
