Description
コンクリートの硬化後、引張力が開放され、コンクリートの構成要素は型から取り外される。
もし引張力が2つの収容要素のうち1つにのみ作用する場合、他の収容要素はしっかりと固定される。
Claims (10)
- 引張応力によってプレストレスをかけられた炭素繊維、又は、炭素繊維からなる一種類以上の繊維構造物であり引張応力をかけることができる繊維が、コンクリートマトリックス中に埋め込まれているコンクリートの構成要素の製造方法であって、
炭素繊維束(8)を含む一種類以上の繊維構造物が型(4)内に配置され、
収容要素(1)内の中空空間が鉱物成分を有する急速硬化性粘稠性組成物又は急速硬化性ポリマーで充填されるように、型(4)の2つの反対側の端面に配置され、開口部(3)を通して型(4)の端部壁上に配置、支持又は接続可能な2つの収容要素(1)に、前記炭素繊維束(8)はそれぞれ互いに離間して挿入され、
前記鉱物成分を有する急速硬化性粘稠性組成物又は前記急速硬化性ポリマーの硬化後、収容要素(1)の少なくとも一方の端面において、テンション装置(7)による引張力が前記炭素繊維束(8)の長手方向に作用し、前記引張力が作用する間、続いて、前記型(4)の内部は粘稠性コンクリートで完全に充填され、
前記コンクリートの硬化後、プレストレスをかけられた前記炭素繊維束の前記引張力が硬化した前記コンクリートに大部分伝達され、続いて、前記コンクリートの構成要素が前記型から取り出され、
前記収容要素(1)内の前記中空空間の充填中、及び、前記鉱物成分を有する急速硬化性粘稠性組成物又は前記急速硬化性ポリマーの硬化後まで、少なくとも2つの反対側に対向する前記収容要素(1)に、圧縮力を引張方向に対して垂直に加える、
2つの収容要素(1)はそれぞれ、枢動可能に互いに連結され、引張力が異なる軸方向に作用する複数の要素(9)からなる、
コンクリートの構成要素の製造方法。 - 前記圧縮力は、硬化後にさらに増加される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素繊維束(8)がスペーサー(5)及び/又は横方向締付要素(6)によって前記収容要素(1)内の所定の位置に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 炭素繊維を含むレイアップを用いることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素繊維束(8)が、平面に対して少なくとも一方向に湾曲した収容要素(1)に挿入され、その中で固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粒子を前記収容要素(1)内の炭素繊維表面に塗布し、そこで固着させることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 鉱物粒子を前記収容要素(1)内の炭素繊維表面に塗布し、そこで固着させることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 炭素繊維束(8)を含む1以上の繊維構造物を型(4)内に配置することができ、炭素繊維束(8)は、両端面に配置され、互いに距離を有して位置する2つの収容要素(1)に開口部を通して挿入可能であって、
前記収容要素(1)内の中空空間は、鉱物成分を有する急速硬化性組成物又は急速硬化性ポリマーで充填可能であり、少なくとも1つの前記収容要素(1)に、前記炭素繊維束(8)に引張力を加える装置が存在し、
前記収容要素(1)の側壁に圧縮力を加える装置(6)が、それぞれ少なくとも2つの反対側に対向する前記収容要素(1)に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するための装置。 - 前記炭素繊維束(8)の位置決め及び固定のためのスペーサー(5)が、前記収容要素(1)の中に存在し、及び/又は、エラストマー系材料からなる締付コーティングが前記開口部(3)の中に存在し、炭素繊維束(8)がそれを通して前記収容要素(1)に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記収容要素(1)の内面は粗いか、又は輪郭付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
