Description
Claims (13)
- 木材用の製材ライン(1)を動作させる方法であって、前記製材ライン(1)は、前記製材ライン(1)で木材(2)を搬送する搬送手段(3)と、木材(2)を加工する加工装置(6,7)と、を備え、前記方法では、
-木材(2)が前記製材ライン(1)に供給され、
-木材(2)が前記製材ライン(1)で長手方向に前方へ搬送され、
-木材(2)の全長が決定され、
-木材(2)が前記加工装置(6,7)に導かれ、木材(2)が前記製材ライン(1)で前方へ搬送されているときに、同時に、前記加工装置(6,7)で木材(2)が加工され、
前記加工装置(6,7)の外にある木材の一部の長さは、木材(2)が部分的に前記加工装置(6,7)内にあるときに同時にカメラ装置(9)を用いて決定され、前記加工装置(6,7)の中の木材(2)の端部の位置は、木材(2)の全長に基づいて、および前記加工装置(6,7)の外にある木材(2)の一部の長さに基づいて、決定されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記加工装置(6,7)は、木材(2)の端部の位置に基づいて制御されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記加工装置(6,7)は、木材(2)を加工するためのブレードを備え、前記ブレードの位置は、木材(2)の端部の位置に基づいて制御されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記加工装置(6,7)の外にある木材(2)の一部の長さは、前記加工装置(6,7)の前およびそれの後で木材(2)の搬送方向で前記カメラ装置(9)を用いて決定されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記製材ライン(1)の縁にセキュリティエリアがあり、前記セキュリティエリアは、前記カメラ装置(9)で観測され、人、予め定められていない物体、または他の物体が、前記セキュリティエリア内で検出された場合、警報が行われるおよび/または前記製材ライン(1)の電源が切られることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記製材ライン(1)の動作は、前記カメラ装置(9)で観測され、前記製材ライン(1)が特定されていない仕方で動作していることが検出された場合、警報が行われるおよび/または前記製材ライン(1)の電源が切られることを特徴とする、方法。
- 木材用の製材ライン(1)であって、
-前記製材ライン(1)で長手方向に木材(2)を搬送する搬送手段(3)と、
-木材(2)が前記製材ライン(1)で長手方向に前方へ搬送されているときに、同時に、木材を加工する加工装置(6,7)と、
-木材(2)の全長を決定する測定装置(5)と
、を備え、
前記製材ライン(1)は、木材(2)が前記加工装置(6,7)内に部分的にあるという状況で前記加工装置(6,7)の外にある木材(2)の一部の長さを決定するためのカメラ装置(9)と、制御システム(10)と、を備え、前記制御システム(10)は、木材(2)の全長の測定データおよび前記カメラ装置(9)の測定データを受け取るように、およびそれらに基づいて前記加工装置(6,7)内の木材(2)の端部の位置を決定するように、なっていることを特徴とする、製材ライン(1)。 - 請求項7に記載の製材ライン(1)であって、前記制御システム(10)は、木材(2)の端部の位置に基づいて前記加工装置(6,7)を制御するようになっていることを特徴とする、製材ライン(1)。
- 請求項7に記載の製材ライン(1)であって、前記加工装置(6,7)は、木材(2)を加工するためのブレードを備え、前記制御システム(10)は、木材(2)の端部の位置に基づいて前記ブレードの位置を制御するようになっていることを特徴とする、製材ライン(1)。
- 請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の製材ライン(1)であって、前記カメラ装置(9)は、前記加工装置(6,7)の前およびそれの後で木材(2)の搬送方向で前記加工装置(6,7)の外にある木材(2)の一部の長さを決定するようになっていることを特徴とする、製材ライン(1)。
- 請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の製材ライン(1)であって、前記製材ライン(1)の隣にセキュリティエリアがあり、前記セキュリティエリアは、そこに配置されるカメラ(9)によって観測され、人、予め定められていない物体、または他の物体が、前記セキュリティエリア内で検出された場合、前記制御システム(10)が、警報を行うおよび/または前記製材ライン(1)の電源を切るようになっていることを特徴とする、製材ライン(1)。
- 請求項7から11のいずれか1項に記載の製材ライン(1)であって、前記製材ライン(1)の動作を観測するようになっているカメラ装置(9)があり、前記製材ライン(1)が所定外の仕方で動作していることが検出された場合、前記制御システム(10)が、警報を行うおよび/または前記製材ライン(1)の電源を切るようになっていることを特徴とする、製材ライン(1)。
- 請求項7から12のいずれか1項に記載の製材ライン(1)であって、前記カメラ装置(9)は、前記製材ライン(1)で搬送される木材(2)を撮像するカメラと、前記カメラによって生成された画像から木材の長さデータを決定するシステムと、を備えることを特徴とする、製材ライン(1)。
