Claims (8)
- 溶液から汚染物質を除去するためのイオン交換媒体であって、
40パーセントを超えるケイ素含有量を有さない、少なくとも部分的に炭化させた元のままの籾殻からなる繊維を備え、
前記汚染物質は、複数の重金属からなる、
イオン交換媒体。 - 前記重金属は、亜鉛、クロムおよびニッケルを含み、
亜鉛の吸着容量は、4mg/gであり、
クロムの吸着容量は、5mg/gであり、
ニッケルの吸着容量は、12mg/gである、
請求項1に記載のイオン交換媒体。 - 前記重金属は、鉛および銅を含み、
鉛の吸着容量は、7mg/gであり、
銅の吸着容量は、10mg/gである、
請求項1に記載のイオン交換媒体。 - 溶液から汚染物質を除去するためのイオン交換媒体であって、
0.1mm~2mmの範囲の長さを有する繊維を備え、
前記繊維は、40パーセントを超えるケイ素含有量を有さない、少なくとも部分的に炭化させた元のままの籾殻からなり、
空隙率が0.4~0.55であり、比表面積が400m 2 /g~500m 2 /gである、
イオン交換媒体。 - シルト密度指数が50μmであり、表面電荷密度が0.01クーロン/cm2である、
請求項4に記載のイオン交換媒体。 - 前記汚染物質は、複数の重金属からなる、
請求項4に記載のイオン交換媒体。 - 溶液から汚染物質を除去するための装置であって、
請求項1に記載のイオン交換媒体、および、請求項4に記載のイオン交換媒体によって、その内部容積の少なくとも過半量が満たされるハウジングを備える、
装置。 - イオン交換プロセスによって溶液から複数の重金属を除去する方法であって、
前記複数の重金属を繊維に結合させるために、40パーセントを超えるケイ素含有量を有さない、部分的に炭化させた籾殻から本質的になる前記繊維に前記溶液を接触させるステップと、
前記複数の重金属を解放するために、前記繊維を処理するステップと、
を備える、方法。
