Description
Claims (6)
- 複数種類の重金属を水溶液から除去する方法であって、
部分的に炭化させた籾殻を製造するステップと、
前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻の繊維に前記水溶液を通して、少なくとも一部の前記重金属を前記水溶液から除去するステップと、
を含み、
前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻を製造するステップは、
籾殻を供給するステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記籾殻を炭化させて前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻を形成するために、前記籾殻を熱源に曝露して、酸素含有量が2パーセント未満である雰囲気下において1分〜10分の間、250℃〜550℃の温度で前記籾殻を加熱するステップと、
前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻を前記熱源から除去するステップと、
前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻を周囲温度まで冷却するステップと、
を含み、
前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻は、40パーセントを超えないケイ素含有量を有し、0.5mm〜5mmの範囲の長さを有し、200m2/g〜400m2/gの比表面積を有し、0.4〜0.55の空隙率を有する、
方法。 - 前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻から前記水溶液を押し出して廃棄物ケーキを形成するステップをさらに含み、
前記廃棄物ケーキは、11.21キログラム/立方メートル(kg/m 3 )〜32.04キログラム/立方メートル(kg/m 3 )の濾過媒体密度を有する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻を酸性水溶液で洗浄することで、前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻を再生するステップをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 再生された前記部分的に炭化させた籾殻に前記水溶液を通して、前記重金属を前記水溶液からさらに除去するステップをさらに含む、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記複数種類の重金属は、本質的に、マンガン、亜鉛、及び、ニッケルから成る、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複数種類の重金属は、本質的に、クロム、銅、ニッケル、及び、亜鉛から成る、
