Description
Claims (11)
- 電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイスを製造する装置(1)であって、材料(M)を、該材料(M)の停止及び前進を交互にする間欠送りで送る少なくとも1つの送り経路と、該送り経路に沿って続けて配置された少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)とを備え、該少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)の各々は、一連の機械加工サイクルを実施するように構成され、該一連の機械加工サイクルでは、各機械加工サイクルは、前記材料(M)を停止する段階と該材料(M)を前進させる段階とを含み、前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記送り経路に沿ったその位置を変更し、かつ、該少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)の間の相互距離の調整を可能にするように、ガイド手段(5)において移動可能であり、
前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーションのうちの1つ(3)は溶接ステーションである、装置。 - 前記材料(M)の間欠前進のステップ(P)に関連する少なくとも1つのデータに応じて、前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)の間の前記相互距離を調整するように適合された、プログラム可能な電子制御手段を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)のうちの他の1つは、前記送り経路に沿ったその位置を変更し、かつ、該少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)の間の相互距離の調整を可能にするように、ガイド手段(5)において移動可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)のうちの前記少なくとも1つが移動可能である前記ガイド手段(5)は、前記材料(M)の送り方向(F)に対して平行である少なくとも1つの直線摺動ガイドを備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記材料(M)の位置を変更し、かつ、前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)からの該材料(M)の距離の調整を可能にするように、該材料(M)の送り方向(F)に対して平行である直線状ロールガイド手段(7)に沿って移動可能な、該材料(M)の少なくとも1つの巻出しロール(6)を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーションのうちの他の1つ(4)は、前記溶接ステーションの下流に配置されたせん断ステーションである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイド手段(5)における前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)のうちの前記少なくとも1つの機械加工ステーションの移動を駆動するモーター手段(8)を備える、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 更なる材料(M’)を間欠送りで送る更なる送り経路と、該更なる送り経路に沿って続けて配置された少なくとも2つの更なる機械加工ステーション(3’;4’)とを備え、前記少なくとも2つの更なる機械加工ステーション(3’;4’)の各々は、機械加工サイクルの各々が前記更なる材料(M’)の少なくとも1つの停止段階と少なくとも1つの前進段階とを含む該機械加工サイクルを実行するように構成され、前記少なくとも2つの更なる機械加工ステーション(3’;4’)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記更なる送り経路に沿ったその位置を変更し、かつ、該少なくとも2つの更なる機械加工ステーション(3’;4’)の間の相互距離を調整することができるように、更なるガイド手段(5’)において移動可能であり、前記送り経路及び前記更なる送り経路は、前記材料(M)及び前記更なる材料(M’)の同じ機械加工領域に向かって合流する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記機械加工ステーション(3;4)は、前記更なる機械加工ステーション(3’;4’)の上方に配置され、前記機械加工ステーション(3:4)は、前記ガイド手段(5)において摺動可能に懸架され、前記更なる機械加工ステーション(3’;4’)は、前記更なるガイド手段(5’)の上に摺動可能に支持されている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記機械加工領域は、前記送り経路から来る前記材料(M)と前記更なる送り経路から来る前記更なる材料(M’)とを合わせて巻回するように構成された巻回デバイス(2)を備え、及び/又は、前記機械加工領域は、前記材料(M)及び前記更なる材料(M’)を個別化し、個別化した切片を積層するデバイスを備える、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイスを製造する方法であって、少なくとも1つの送り経路に沿って材料(M)を間欠的に送ることと、少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)を前記送り経路に沿って続けて配置することと、前記材料(M)の間欠送りのステップ(P)に関連する少なくとも1つのデータに応じて、前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)の間の相互距離を調整するように、前記送り経路に沿った前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーション(3;4)のうちの少なくとも1つの位置を変更することとを含み、 前記少なくとも2つの機械加工ステーションのうちの1つ(3)は溶接ステーションである、方法。
