Claims (12)
- ラジアルターボ機械(RTM)のためのターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)であって、
前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)が、長手方向軸線(X)に沿った分割線(TF)を有しており、これにより、前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)が、下側部分(LPC)と上側部分(UPC)とに分割されており、
前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)が、少なくとも2つの段(STG)を備えている前記ラジアルターボ機械(RTM)のために構成されており、
前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)が、2つの前記段(STG)の間それぞれに、案内羽根を有する戻り段(BFC)を有しており、
前記下側部分(LPC)及び前記上側部分(UPC)のうち少なくとも1つが、一体に形成されており、少なくとも幾つかのセクションにおいて少なくとも2つの前記段(STG)を覆っており、
前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)が、前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)の内側を形成している内面(ISC)と外面(OSC)とを有しており、
前記外面(OSC)が、2つの前記戻り段(BFC)の間においてラジアル方向内方且つアキシアル方向に延在している少なくとも1つの凹所(RRZ)を有しており、
前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)の前記外面(OSC)の領域における前記凹所それぞれの圧力は、動作の際に、高圧側(HPS)の終圧より低いことを特徴とするターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)。 - 前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)が、最大50重量%の金属材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)。
- 前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)が、少なくとも50重量%のプラスチック材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)。
- 動作の際にプロセス流体に露呈される表面には、少なくとも部分的にコーティング(SCC)が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)。
- 前記コーティング(SCC)が、少なくとも部分的に金属材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)。
- 前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)が、少なくとも2つの戻り段(BFC)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)。
- 1つ以上の前記凹所(RRZ)が、前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)の断面積の少なくとも35%に亘って延在していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)と、前記ターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)を囲んでいるターボ機械外側ハウジング(TMO)と、を備えている装置(ARG)であって、
前記装置(ARG)が、アキシアル方向低圧側(LPS)とアキシアル方向高圧側(HPS)とを有しており、
前記装置(ARG)が、シール(STS)を有しており、前記シール(STS)が、周方向に延在しており、且つ、前記アキシアル方向高圧側(HPS)と前記アキシアル方向低圧側(LPS)との間に配設された空間(RBT)に配置されており、前記空間(RBT)が、高圧部分(HPC)と低圧部分(LPC)とに分割されていることを特徴とする装置(ARG)。 - 凹所(RRZ)が、アキシアル方向高圧側(HPS)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置(ARG)。
- ターボ機械外側ハウジング(TMO)が、分割線(OCS)が長手方向軸線(X)に対して横方向に設けられるように、バレル状の構造に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置(ARG)。
- 前記分割線(OCS)が、カバー(COV)をターボ機械外側ハウジング(TMO)のバレル(BRL)から分離していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置(ARG)。
- 一体に形成されている少なくとも1つのセクションが、少なくとも2つの段(STG)を覆っており、積層造形法によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械内側ハウジング(TMI)又は請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置(ARG)。
