技术领域
本发明涉及炉水循环领域,具体涉及一种炉水循环泵外壳。
背景技术
炉水泵即炉水循环泵,在超临界大中型机组中,为了保证锅炉在启动和低负荷时水冷壁内流速设置了再循环管路系统,炉水循环泵是设在锅炉蒸发系统中承受高温高压使介质作强制流动的一种大流量 ,低扬程单级离心泵。炉水循环泵是在高温环境中工作的设备,其外壳需要有一定的耐高温性和散热性,由于外壳直接接触外界,同时需要有一定的防腐性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种炉水循环泵外壳,该外壳耐高温性能及散热性能良好,同时具有一定的防腐蚀性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种炉水循环泵外壳,包括基层、散热层及防腐蚀层;所述防腐蚀层设于所述基层最外侧,所述散热层设于所述基层与所述防腐蚀层之间;所述基层材质是耐高温合金;所述散热层为一种涂层金属,所述涂层金属表面形成有多孔质粒子;所述防腐蚀层经过均匀喷涂于所述散热层外侧。
优选方案,所述耐高温合金制作方法是:(1)取钼粉95Kg,铈粉5Kg,将钼粉和铈粉混合后压制成型;(2)将步骤(1)中所得材料经烧结后,将其加工成所需泵外壳。
优选方案,所述多孔质粒子的细孔直径为8~15μm。
优选方案,所述涂层金属厚度为4~6μm。
优选方案,所述涂层金属厚度小于多孔质粒子的细孔直径。
优选方案,所述防腐蚀层厚度为190μm~240μm。
优选方案,所述防腐蚀层质量分数配方为:蜡酯20%-25%,环氧丙烯酸酯65%-80%,固化剂5%-8%,表面活性剂2%-3%,聚氨酯8%-9%。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该泵外壳具有良好的耐高温性、散热性及防腐蚀性;(2)耐高温合金具有较强的抗拉强度,避免了高温下对泵壳造成的变形;(3)防腐蚀层污染小,防腐蚀效果优异。

一种炉水循环泵外壳,包括基层、散热层及防腐蚀层;所述防腐蚀层设于所述基层最外侧,所述散热层设于所述基层与所述防腐蚀层之间;所述基层材质是耐高温合金;所述散热层为一种涂层金属,所述涂层金属表面形成有多孔质粒子;所述多孔质粒子的细孔直径为8~15μm,所述涂层金属厚度为4~6μm。所述涂层金属厚度小于多孔质粒子的细孔直径。
所述耐高温合金制作方法是:(1)取钼粉95Kg,铈粉5Kg,将钼粉和铈粉混合后压制成型;(2)将步骤(1)中所得材料经烧结后,将其加工成所需泵外壳。所述耐高温合金合金在温度为1100℃下,抗拉强度为1175-1218Mpa, 延伸率为10-15% ;温度在1500℃下,抗拉强度为935-1120 Mpa, 延伸率为10-20% ;温度在1800℃下,抗拉强度为565-705 Mpa,延伸率为30-35%。
所述防腐蚀层经过均匀喷涂于所述散热层外侧,所述防腐蚀层厚度为190μm~240μm。所述防腐蚀层质量分数配方为:蜡酯20%-25%,环氧丙烯酸酯65%-80%,固化剂5%-8%,表面活性剂2%-3%,聚氨酯8%-9%。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该泵外壳具有良好的耐高温性、散热性及防腐蚀性;(2)耐高温合金具有较强的抗拉强度,避免了高温下对泵壳造成的变形;(3)防腐蚀层污染小,防腐蚀效果优异。

1.一种炉水循环泵外壳,其特征在于:包括基层、散热层及防腐蚀层;所述防腐蚀层设于所述基层最外侧,所述散热层设于所述基层与所述防腐蚀层之间;所述基层材质是耐高温合金;所述散热层为一种涂层金属,所述涂层金属表面形成有多孔质粒子;所述防腐蚀层经过均匀喷涂于所述散热层外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉水循环泵外壳,其特征在于:所述耐高温合金制作方法是:(1)取钼粉95Kg,铈粉5Kg,将钼粉和铈粉混合后压制成型;(2)将步骤(1)中所得材料经烧结后,将其加工成所需泵外壳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉水循环泵外壳,其特征在于:所述多孔质粒子的细孔直径为8~15μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉水循环泵外壳,其特征在于:所述涂层金属厚度为4~6μm。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种炉水循环泵外壳,其特征在于:所述涂层金属厚度小于多孔质粒子的细孔直径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉水循环泵外壳,其特征在于:所述防腐蚀层厚度为190μm~240μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉水循环泵外壳,其特征在于:所述防腐蚀层质量分数配方为:蜡酯20%-25%,环氧丙烯酸酯65%-80%,固化剂5%-8%,表面活性剂2%-3%,聚氨酯8%-9%。
