背景技术:
现有的节段式多级泵,由叶轮、泵轴、轴承、密封和多个整 体式泵体所组成,介质的进口设置在多级泵的首段节段泵上,出口设置在末尾的节段泵上。多个节段泵串联装在泵轴上,安装难度大,速度慢,工作效率低,维修保养不方便。多级泵扬程大,高速重载运行时,轴承易发热、烧坏,严重的影响了泵的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的,就是要对现有的多级泵改进,提供一种多级对称式离心泵,它能使泵运行平稳,噪声小,降低安装、检修难度,提高工作效率,设有冷却循环装置,能延长使用寿命,提高经济效益。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,、一种多级对称式离心泵,包括泵轴,轴承,叶轮,其特征在于:多级对称式离心泵设置有上下两个泵体构成的中分泵,中分泵的偶数个叶轮配偶对称安装在泵轴上,对称中心同一侧的中分泵联体相通,两侧的中分泵通过连接管连接相通,轴承外圈的外周设置有循环水套。  
本实用新型结构简单、合理,泵运行平稳,噪声小,降低了安装、检修难度,延长了使用寿命,提高了经济效益。
