Abstract
Description
Datanは、n番目に入力した現在の電圧値であり、Avenは、現在のオンライン平均である。演算部17は、メモリ(不図示)にオンライン平均を逐次保持する。メモリには、過去の電圧値は保持しない。これにより、過去のデータを保持するメモリを大容量にする必要が無い。この様に算出したオンライン平均が基準電圧になる。演算部17は、オンライン平均を基準電圧に設定することで、基準電圧更新の変動によるセンサの測定誤差を減少することができる。

Claims (8)
- 折り曲げ可能な基材に配置される圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子に生じる電圧を検知する電圧検出回路と、
前記電圧検出回路で検出した電圧を積分して積分値を算出し、前記積分値と前記基材の折り曲げ角度とを対応付ける演算部と、
を備え、
前記演算部は、前記積分値の最大値を応力緩和作用による減少値で補正した補正積分値を予め算出し、
前記補正積分値を前記基材の第1折り曲げ角度に対応付け、
算出した積分値を前記補正積分値に基づいて正規化する、
曲げセンサ。 - 前記演算部は、前記積分値が前記補正積分値を超えた場合に、前記積分値を前記補正積分値との差分に基づいて変更する、
請求項1に記載の曲げセンサ。 - 前記演算部は、正規化した前記積分値が前記第1折り曲げ角度を超えた場合に、前記正規化した前記積分値を前記第1折り曲げ角度に変更する、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の曲げセンサ。 - 前記演算部は、正規化した前記積分値が第2折り曲げ角度を超える、または第3折り曲げ角度未満となる場合に、前記積分値を所定値に補正する、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の曲げセンサ。 - 前記演算部は、正規化した前記積分値が第4折り曲げ角度未満となり、かつ前記電圧が所定の条件を満たす場合に、前記正規化した積分値をリセットする、
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の曲げセンサ。 - 前記演算部は、前記電圧値のオンライン平均を求め、
所定時間以上電圧の変動がない場合に、前記オンライン平均に基づいて基準電圧を設定する、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の曲げセンサ。 - 前記演算部は、前記積分値が第2所定値を超える場合に前記積分値を前記第2所定値に設定して前記基準電圧を更新する、
請求項6に記載の曲げセンサ。 - 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の曲げセンサを備える電子機器。
