Claims (6)
- エアシリンダのポートと、前記エアシリンダに高圧エア供給源又は排気口を切り換えて接続する動作切換弁と、の間に接続される流量コントローラであって、
前記エアシリンダのポートに接続されるシリンダ側ポートと、動作切換弁に接続されるバルブ側ポートと、を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記シリンダ側ポートと前記バルブ側ポートとを繋ぐ第1流路と、
前記第1流路に設けられた第1絞弁と、
前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記第1流路に並設され、一端が前記バルブ側ポートと前記第1絞弁との間の前記第1流路に接続され、他端が前記シリンダ側ポートと前記第1絞弁との間の前記第1流路に接続された第2流路と、
前記第2流路に設けられた第2絞弁と、
前記第2流路に設けられ前記第2絞弁と直列に接続されたパイロットチェック弁と、
前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記バルブ側ポートと前記パイロットチェック弁のパイロットポートとを接続し、前記パイロットチェック弁にパイロットエアを給排するパイロットエア流路と、
前記パイロットエア流路に設けられた第3絞弁と、を備え、
前記パイロットチェック弁は、前記パイロットエアの圧力により、前記エアシリンダから排出される排気エアの通過を許容する状態と、前記排気エアの通過を阻止する状態とに切り換え、
前記パイロットエア流路の一端が前記バルブ側ポートに連通し、前記パイロットエアの流れが前記第1流路を流れるエアと同じ方向である、流量コントローラ。 - 請求項1記載の流量コントローラであって、さらに、前記第2絞弁に設けられ、前記バルブ側ポートから前記シリンダ側ポートに向かう流れのエアを通過させるチェック弁を備える、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項1又は2記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第3絞弁は、絞弁と該絞弁に並列に配置され、前記パイロットポートに向かう流れのエアを通過させるチェック弁とを備える、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の流量コントローラであって、前記パイロットチェック弁は、
前記パイロットポートに連通したピストン室と、前記シリンダ側ポートに連通した逆止弁収容部と、前記ピストン室及び前記逆止弁収容部とを接続するとともに、前記第2絞弁と連通した中間部と、を有する貫通孔と、
前記ピストン室及び前記中間部に配置され、前記パイロットエアの圧力に基づいて前記逆止弁収容部に向けて突出し又は前記逆止弁収容部から前記中間部側に退避するパイロットピストンと、
前記逆止弁収容部に設けられ、前記中間部と前記逆止弁収容部との接続部分を閉塞可能に配置された弁体と、を有し、
前記弁体は、前記パイロットピストンが前記中間部側に退避した状態において、前記バルブ側ポートから前記シリンダ側ポートに向かう高圧エアを通過させ、逆向きの前記排気エアの通過を阻止するとともに、前記パイロットピストンが前記逆止弁収容部側に突出した状態において、前記高圧エア及び前記排気エアを通過させる、流量コントローラ。 - 請求項4記載の流量コントローラであって、前記パイロットチェック弁は、前記パイロットエアの圧力が所定値以上になると前記パイロットピストンが前記逆止弁収容部側に突出して前記高圧エア及び前記排気エアを通過させる、流量コントローラ。
- エアシリンダの駆動装置であって、
前記エアシリンダに高圧エアを供給する高圧エア供給源と、
前記エアシリンダの排気エアを排出する排気口と、
前記エアシリンダのポートに前記高圧エア供給源と前記排気口とを切り換えて接続する動作切換弁と、
前記動作切換弁と前記エアシリンダの前記ポートとの間に接続された流量コントローラと、を備え、前記流量コントローラは、前記エアシリンダの前記ポートに接続されるシリンダ側ポートと、前記動作切換弁に接続されるバルブ側ポートと、を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記シリンダ側ポートと前記バルブ側ポートとを繋ぐ第1流路と、
前記第1流路に設けられた第1絞弁と、
前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記第1流路に並設され、一端が前記バルブ側ポートと前記第1絞弁との間の前記第1流路に接続され、他端が前記シリンダ側ポートと前記第1絞弁との間の前記第1流路に接続された第2流路と、
前記第2流路に設けられた第2絞弁と、
前記第2流路に設けられ、前記第2絞弁と直列に接続されたパイロットチェック弁と、
前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記バルブ側ポートと前記パイロットチェック弁のパイロットポートとを接続し、前記パイロットチェック弁にパイロットエアを給排するパイロットエア流路と、
前記パイロットエア流路に設けられた第3絞弁と、を備え、
前記パイロットチェック弁は、前記パイロットエアの圧力により、前記排気エアの通過を許容する状態と、前記排気エアの通過を阻止する状態とに切り換え、
前記パイロットエア流路の一端が前記バルブ側ポートに連通し、前記パイロットエアの流れが前記第1流路を流れるエアと同じ方向である、駆動装置。
