Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の駆動装置10は、エアシリンダ12の駆動に用いられるものであり、ヘッド側の流量コントローラ14、エンド側の流量コントローラ14A、動作切換弁16、高圧エア供給源18、及び排気口20を備えている。
本実施形態に係る駆動装置10Aは、図8に示すように、エアシリンダ12の通常のストロークの際の動作速度を排気エアの流量で制御するメータアウトの流量コントローラ70、70Aを備えている。なお、駆動装置10A及び流量コントローラ70、70Aにおいて、第1実施形態の駆動装置10及び流量コントローラ14、14Aと同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して、その詳細な説明は省略する。
図10に示すように、本実施形態の駆動装置10Bは、エアシリンダ12のヘッド側ポート26に接続されたヘッド側の流量コントローラ82と、エンド側ポート30に接続されたエンド側の流量コントローラ82Aとを備える。本実施形態の流量コントローラ82、82Aは、切換弁38、38Aを収容するハウジング46B(図12B参照)に接続される配管を減らすべく、排気ポート38cに代えて、排気口88、88Aを設けている。なお、図1~図7を参照しつつ説明した流量コントローラ14、14Aと同様の構成については、同一の符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。
Claims (6)
- エアシリンダ(12)に供給される高圧エア及び前記エアシリンダから排気される排気エアを通過させる主流路(34)と、
前記主流路に設けられ、前記主流路を流れる前記排気エアの流量を調節することで前記エアシリンダの動作速度を調整する動作速度調整部(72)と、
前記主流路に併設された副流路(36)と、
前記副流路に設けられ、前記副流路を流れる前記排気エアの流量を調節する排気流量調整部(42)と、
前記エアシリンダと、前記主流路と、前記副流路との間に接続され、前記エアシリンダを前記主流路に連通させる第1位置と前記エアシリンダを前記副流路に連通させる第2位置とで切り換えを行う切換弁(38)と、
前記主流路と前記切換弁とを接続し、前記主流路から前記切換弁にパイロットエアを導くパイロットエア流路(62)と、
前記パイロットエア流路の途上に設けられ、前記第1位置から前記第2位置への切換が行われるまでの時間を調整するパイロットエア調整部(44)と、を備え、
前記切換弁は、前記主流路からのパイロット圧により前記第1位置に切り替わるとともに前記パイロット圧の減少により前記第2位置に復帰するスプール弁よりなり、
前記パイロットエア調整部は、前記切換弁の前記パイロットエアの流出速度を規制する第1絞弁(44a)と、前記第1絞弁に併設され前記切換弁への前記パイロットエアの流入を許容し、前記切換弁からの前記パイロットエアの流出を阻止する向きに取り付けられた第1チェック弁(44b)と、を備え、
前記動作速度調整部は、前記主流路に設けられた第2絞弁(72a)と、前記第2絞弁に並列に接続され、前記エアシリンダから排気される前記排気エアを阻止し前記エアシリンダに向かう前記高圧エアを通過させる第2チェック弁(72b)と、を備え、
前記切換弁は、前記スプール弁を前記第2位置に復帰させる向きに付勢する付勢部材(59)と、前記付勢部材を収容する付勢部材収容室(59a)と、前記付勢部材収容室と前記エアシリンダに接続されるシリンダポート(38a)とを連通させる復帰補助流路(74)と、を有する流量コントローラ。 - 請求項1記載の流量コントローラであって、前記切換弁を収容するとともに、前記主流路に接続されるバルブポート(38b)と、前記副流路に接続される排気ポート(38c)と、前記シリンダポート(38a)と、前記パイロットエアが導入されるパイロットポート(38d)と、を有するハウジング(46A)と、
前記ハウジング内に形成され、前記バルブポートに連通する第1連通溝(56a)と、前記排気ポートに連通する第2連通溝(56b)と、前記第1連通溝と前記第2連通溝との間に形成され、前記シリンダポートに連通する第3連通溝(56c)とを有するスプールガイド部(48a)と、
前記スプールガイド部に軸方向に摺動可能に配設され、前記第1位置において前記第2連通溝と前記第3連通溝との連通を阻止する第1封止壁(58a)と、前記第2位置において前記第1連通溝と前記第3連通溝との連通を阻止する第2封止壁(58b)と、前記第1封止壁と前記第2封止壁との間に形成されて前記第1連通溝又は前記第2連通溝と前記第3連通溝とを連通させる凹部(58c)と、が形成されたスプール(52)と、
前記パイロットポートと連通して所定の前記パイロット圧の作用下に前記スプールを前記軸方向に付勢することにより前記スプールを前記第1位置に変位させる駆動ピストン(60)と、
を有する流量コントローラ。 - 請求項2記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第1位置において、前記スプールの前記凹部と前記スプールガイド部の前記第1連通溝とによって形成される流路の断面積が前記主流路の断面積と同等又はこれよりも大きい、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項2又は3記載の流量コントローラであって、前記ハウジングの内部であって、前記パイロットポートと前記駆動ピストンとの間の流路(62)上に前記パイロットエア調整部が設けられている流量コントローラ。
- エアシリンダに高圧エアを供給する高圧エア供給源(18)と、
前記エアシリンダから排気される排気エアを排気する排気口(20)と、
前記エアシリンダに前記高圧エア供給源と前記排気口とを切り替えて接続する動作切換弁(16)と、
前記動作切換弁と前記エアシリンダとの間に接続された請求項1に記載の流量コントローラと、を備えた、駆動装置。 - エアシリンダのヘッド側ポート(26)とエンド側ポート(30)とに高圧エアを給排する駆動装置であって、
前記ヘッド側ポートに接続される第1流路(32)と、
前記エンド側ポートに接続される第2流路(32A)と、
前記第1流路の途上に設けられたヘッド側流量コントローラ(70)と、
前記第2流路の途上に設けられたエンド側流量コントローラ(70A)と、を備え、
前記ヘッド側流量コントローラ及び前記エンド側流量コントローラのそれぞれは、請求項1に記載の流量コントローラよりなり、
前記エアシリンダのピストンロッド(23)が送り出される作動工程の動作速度は、前記エンド側流量コントローラの前記動作速度調整部及び前記排気流量調整部により、調整される、駆動装置。
