本願は、ビーワイディー カンパニー リミテッドが2017年12月13日に提出した、発明の名称「電池システム及び電気自動車」の中国特許出願第「201711330171.0」号の優先権を主張するものであり、その全ての内容は参照により本願に組み込まれるものとする。
Claims (20)
- 電池システムであって、
少なくとも1つの直列回路と、
パウチ型電池と、
前記パウチ型電池に直列接続され、前記直列回路に配置され、かつ、電流遮断装置が設けられた少なくとも1つの第1の単電池と、
前記パウチ型電池と前記第1の単電池を、電気的に接続する動力接続シートと
を含み、
前記第1の単電池は、
ケースと、
前記ケース内に収容されたセルと、
前記ケースを封止するカバープレートと、
前記カバープレートの内側に位置する電極内部端子と、
前記カバープレートの外側に位置する電極外部端子と
を含み、
前記電極内部端子は、前記セルに電気的に接続され、
前記電流遮断装置は、前記カバープレートに設けられ、かつ、それぞれ前記電極外部端子及び前記電極内部端子に電気的に接続され、
前記動力接続シートは、前記電極外部端子に電気的に接続され、かつ、電流遮断装置を覆い、
前記第1の単電池における前記電流遮断装置は、前記パウチ型電池、前記第1の単電池のうちの少なくとも1つに異常が発生したときに、前記第1の単電池の内部電流を遮断する、
電池システム。 - 前記直列回路には、前記パウチ型電池に直列接続された複数の第1の単電池が含まれ、
前記複数の第1の単電池が互いに順に直列接続されるか又は間隔を隔てて直列接続される、
請求項1に記載の電池システム。 - 前記直列回路には、前記パウチ型電池に直列接続された複数の第1の単電池が含まれ、
前記複数の第1の単電池が並列接続されて電池パックを構成して前記パウチ型電池に直列接続される、
請求項1に記載の電池システム。 - 前記ケースは、アルミニウムケース、鋼ケース、プラスチックケースのうちの1種であり、前記ケースの厚さは0.4mm~1.5mmである、
請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の電池システム。 - 前記電流遮断装置は、切り込み部材と、反転部材とを含み、
前記切り込み部材は、前記電極内部端子に電気的に接続され、
前記反転部材は、それぞれ前記切り込み部材及び前記電極外部端子に電気的に接続されるとともに、前記第1の単電池の内部ガスと連通する、
請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の電池システム。 - 前記切り込み部材は、
切り込みが形成された切り込み領域と、
反転部材に電気的に接続するための第1の溶接領域と、
前記電極内部端子に電気的に接続するための第2の溶接領域と
を含み、
前記反転部材は、気圧作用下で動作して前記切り込みを引き裂くことができ、
前記切り込みは、前記第1の溶接領域の周囲に設けられ、
前記第1の溶接領域、第2の溶接領域のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記切り込みの配置されている面とは異なる面に配置されている、
請求項5に記載の電池システム。 - 前記切り込みは、第1の溶接領域及び第2の溶接領域が配置される面と異なる面に設けられる、
請求項6に記載の電池システム。 - 前記切り込み部材に該切り込み領域から突出するボスが形成され、
前記第1の溶接領域は、前記ボスの上表面に形成され、かつ前記切り込み領域と平行であり、
該上表面の外周縁に環状の溶接接合点が設けられる、
請求項7に記載の電池システム。 - 前記切り込み領域の外周縁に前記ボスと同じ方向に突出する環状壁が形成され、
前記環状壁の上周縁と前記ボスの上縁部とが高さ方向に面一であり、
前記環状壁の外壁は、前記電極内部端子に電気的に接続される、
請求項8に記載の電池システム。 - 前記第2の溶接領域、前記切り込み領域、前記第1の溶接領域は、径方向に沿って外から内へ順に配置されているとともに、外から内に前記反転部材に徐々に近づく段差構造に形成され、前記切り込みは、前記第1の溶接領域の周囲に設けられる、
請求項8又は9に記載の電池システム。 - 前記切り込み領域の外周縁に前記ボスとは逆方向に突出する環状壁が形成され、
前記第2の溶接領域は、前記環状壁の外周縁に形成され、かつ前記切り込み領域と平行であり、前記第2の溶接領域の外周縁に環状の溶接接合点が形成される、
請求項10に記載の電池システム。 - 前記ボスの側壁と前記環状壁は、それぞれ前記切り込み領域に垂直である、
請求項11に記載の電池システム。 - 前記第1の溶接領域、前記切り込み領域及び前記第2の溶接領域は、それぞれ環状構造を形成する、
請求項6~12のいずれか1項に記載の電池システム。 - 前記反転部材には、前記切り込み部材に電気的に接続するための第1の接続領域と前記電極外部端子に電気的に接続するための第2の接続領域とが形成され、さらに、前記第1の接続領域に設けられる変形緩衝領域が形成される、
請求項5~13のいずれか1項に記載の電池システム。 - 前記反転部材は、円錐台形状に形成されたシート状構造であり、前記円錐台形状の上底側部分は前記第1の接続領域として形成され、下底側部分は前記切り込み部材から離れて前記第2の接続領域として形成される、
請求項14に記載の電池システム。 - 前記変形緩衝領域は、前記第1の接続領域を囲む環状溝構造を形成する、
請求項14又は15に記載の電池システム。 - 前記環状溝構造の径方向断面は、円弧状又は角型である、
請求項16に記載の電池システム。 - 前記反転部材の外周縁の下側と前記カバープレートとの間に支持環が密封接続され、
前記電極外部端子の外周縁が前記反転部材の外周縁の上側に電気的に接続される、
請求項5~17のいずれか1項に記載の電池システム。 - 前記支持環の内壁に支持フランジが形成され、
前記反転部材及び前記電極外部端子の外周縁が前記支持フランジの上表面に支持される、
