Claims (8)
- ボイラと、
前記ボイラから排出される排ガスと吸収液とを接触させることにより前記排ガスの脱硫を行うための脱硫装置と、
燃焼ガスが有する熱によって被処理水を気化させるための被処理水の乾燥装置であって、
筐体と、
前記筐体に前記燃焼ガスを供給するための燃焼ガス供給口と、
前記筐体内に前記被処理水を供給するための被処理水給水部と、
前記筐体に供給され気化した前記被処理水を含む水分含有ガスを前記筐体の外部に排出するための排気口と、を備え、
前記排気口は、前記筐体の最下部に設けられるとともに、鉛直方向に対して交差する方向に開口し、
前記筐体の底部は、前記排気口に向かって形成された傾斜部を少なくとも一部に有する被処理水の乾燥装置と、を備えるボイラシステムであって、
前記燃焼ガスは、前記ボイラから排出される前記排ガスを含み、
前記被処理水は、前記脱硫装置から排出された前記接触後の前記吸収液を含む
ことを特徴とする、ボイラシステム。 - 前記傾斜部は、前記燃焼ガスに含まれる固形物の安息角以上の角度を有して形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のボイラシステム。 - 前記傾斜部は、水平方向に対し30°以上90°未満の角度を有して形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のボイラシステム。 - 前記傾斜部は平面部を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載のボイラシステム。 - 前記被処理水の乾燥装置は、前記排気口に接続される排気ダクトを備え、
前記排気ダクトは、
前記排気口から排出された水分含有ガスが通る排気ダクト本体部と、
前記排気ダクト本体部の下方に形成される開口と連通する捕集空間であって、前記排気ダクト本体部を通る水分含有ガスに含まれる固形物を捕集するための捕集空間を画定する固形物捕集部と、を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載のボイラシステム。 - 前記筐体は、前記排気口の上端部から前記筐体の内部に突出する第1突起部材を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のボイラシステム。 - 前記固形物捕集部は、前記開口を開閉するための開閉部材を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のボイラシステム。 - 前記排気ダクト本体部は、前記固形物捕集部の上方内面から前記開口に向かって突出する第2突起部材を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項5~7の何れか1項に記載のボイラシステム。
