Claims (5)
- 入口及び出口を有し、前記入口と前記出口との間のろ過流路を画定するハウジングと、
前記ろ過流路を横切る多孔質フィルタメディアであって、上流側及び下流側を有する多孔質フィルタメディアと
を備えるフィルタ装置を含むフィルタシステムに残留したろ過済み流体を回収する方法であって、
前記フィルタシステムが、前記出口の下流に配置されたろ過済み流体受入容器と、前記出口と前記ろ過済み流体受入容器との間の流体流路であって、第1の外壁面、第1の内壁面及び第1の内径部を有する第1の中空導管、並びに、第2の外壁面、第2の内壁面及び第2の内径部を有する第2の中空導管を備える流体流路とをさらに含み、前記第1の中空導管が前記第2の中空導管内に配置されるとともに、前記第1の外壁面と前記第2の内壁面との間に間隙が形成される状態で、前記第1の中空導管と前記第2の中空導管とが同軸に配置されており、
当該方法が、
(a)無菌空気及び/又は無菌ガスを、前記フィルタ装置の前記出口を通り、前記第1の中空導管の前記第1の内径部を通り前記流体流路に沿って前記ろ過済み流体受入容器内に送通させるステップと、
(b)ろ過されるべき流体を、前記ろ過流路に沿って前記フィルタ装置に送通させ、前記第1の外壁面と前記第2の内壁面との間の前記間隙を通り前記流体流路に沿って前記ろ過済み流体受入容器内に送通させるステップであって、ある量のろ過済み流体が、前記多孔質フィルタメディアの前記下流側と前記出口との間の前記ハウジング内に残留する、ステップと、
(c)前記無菌空気及び/又は前記無菌ガスを、前記ろ過済み流体受入容器から前記第1の中空導管の前記第1の内径部を通って前記流体流路に沿って送通させ、前記出口を通り前記フィルタ装置の前記ハウジング内に送通させることを可能にし、もって残留したろ過済み流体を、前記第1の外壁面と前記第2の内壁面との間の前記間隙を通り前記流体流路に沿って前記ろ過済み流体受入容器内に押し出すステップと
を含む、方法。 - 入口及び出口を有し、前記入口と前記出口との間のろ過流路を画定するハウジングと、
前記ろ過流路を横切る多孔質フィルタメディアであって、上流側及び下流側を有する多孔質フィルタメディアと
を備えるフィルタ装置を含むフィルタシステムに残留したろ過済み流体を回収する方法であって、
前記フィルタシステムが、前記出口の下流に配置されたろ過済み流体受入容器と、前記出口と前記ろ過済み流体受入容器との間の流体流路であって、第1の内径部を有する第1の中空導管、及び、第2の内径部を有する第2の中空導管を備える流体流路とをさらに含み、前記第1の中空導管が前記第2の中空導管内にある状態で前記第1の中空導管と前記第2の中空導管とが同軸に配置されており、
当該方法が、
(a)流体を、前記ろ過流路に沿って前記フィルタ装置を送通させることによって前記流体をろ過し、ろ過された前記流体を、第1の外壁面と第2の内壁面との間の間隙を通り前記流体流路に沿って前記ろ過済み流体受入容器内に送通させるステップであって、ある量のろ過済み流体が、前記多孔質フィルタメディアの前記下流側と前記出口との間の前記ハウジング内に残留する、ステップと、
(b)無菌空気及び/又は無菌ガスを、前記ろ過済み流体受入容器から前記第1の中空導管の前記第1の内径部を通って前記流体流路に沿って送通させ、前記出口を通り前記フィルタ装置の前記ハウジング内に送通させることを可能にし、もって残留したろ過済み流体を、前記第1の外壁面と前記第2の内壁面との間の前記間隙を通り前記流体流路に沿って前記ろ過済み流体受入容器内に押し出すステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記無菌空気及び/又は前記無菌ガスを前記流体流路に沿って送通させる前に、空気及び/又はガスを滅菌グレード・多孔質フィルタメディアに送通させて前記無菌空気及び/又は前記無菌ガスを生成するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ろ過済み流体を回収するためのフィルタシステムであって、
(a)入口及び出口を有し、前記入口と前記出口との間のろ過流路を画定するハウジングと、前記ろ過流路を横切る多孔質フィルタメディアであって、上流側及び下流側を有する多孔質フィルタメディアとを備えるフィルタ装置、
(b)前記出口の下流に配置されたろ過済み流体受入容器、及び、
(c)前記出口と前記ろ過済み流体受入容器との間の流体流路であって、第1の内径部を有する第1の中空導管、及び、第2の内径部を有する第2の中空導管を備え、前記第1の中空導管が前記第2の中空導管内にあり、前記第1の中空導管の第1の外壁面と前記第2の中空導管の第2の内壁面との間に間隙が形成される状態で前記第1の中空導管と前記第2の中空導管とが同軸に配置されている、流体流路
を備える、フィルタシステム。 - 前記(a)の前記フィルタ装置の上流に配置された滅菌グレード・フィルタ装置をさらに備える、請求項4に記載のフィルタシステム。
