Description

TiO2マーカーを含むBOPPフィルム(商品名Ti-Pure R104)。その材料をそのPPと一緒にMFR10~12のPPホモポリマーキャリアによって単一濃縮物に混ぜ合わせた。マスターバッチ中のマーカー含有量は、金属の1wt%に正規化された。単一濃縮物を使用して、100ppmのマーカー濃度で30μm厚の単層キャストフィルムを製造した。このフィルムは、マーカーを添加しないで同様に調製した参照フィルムと比べて、外観に有意な変化を示さなかった。
Claims (10)
- XRF特定可能マークを用いて透明物品を認証するための方法であって、前記方法は、
(i)前記透明物品の少なくとも1つの領域上にXRF特定可能パターンを形成させること(ここで、前記XRF特定可能パターンは、外部刺激に応答する予め定められた特性を有し、前記透明物品は、50~300ppmの少なくとも1つのXRF特定可能マーカーを含む)、
(ii)前記物品にX線またはガンマ線放射を所定の間隔で照射すること、
(iii)前記物品に適用された前記X線またはガンマ線放射に対応して、前記物品から到来するX線またはガンマ線信号を検出すること、
(iv)検出された放射信号にスペクトル処理を適用して、前記予め定められた特性の存在、不在または任意の変化を示すデータを得ること、
を含み、前記予め定められた特性は、前記XRF特定可能パターンの濃度または暗号化コードを含む、方法。 - XRF特定可能パターンを用いて透明要素をマーキングするための方法であって、前記方法は、前記要素の少なくとも1つの領域上に少なくとも1つのXRF特定可能マーカーのパターンを形成させることを含み、前記パターンは、第1の特性から第2の特性への転移によって外部刺激に応答する第1の特性を有し、前記転移は、XRFによって特定可能であり、前記外部刺激への暴露を示しており、前記透明要素は、50~300ppmの前記少なくとも1つのXRF特定可能マーカーを含む、方法。
- 前記透明物品が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリビニルアルコールおよび二軸配向ポリマーから選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透明要素が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリビニルアルコールおよび二軸配向ポリマーから選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィンは、ポリプロピレンおよびポリエチレンから選択される、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記二軸配向ポリマーは、二軸配向ポリプロピレンである、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのXRF特定可能マーカーは、少なくとも1つの金属塩または少なくとも1つの金属原子を含む材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのXRF特定可能マーカーは、少なくとも1つの金属塩または少なくとも1つの金属原子を含む材料を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのXRF特定可能マーカーは、Co、Cu、Na、K、Zn、Ca、MnおよびTiから選択される原子を含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのXRF特定可能マーカーは、少なくとも1つの金属塩である、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
