Claims (10)
- 海水に浮遊できるように所定の浮力を有するように形成されたブイであって、内部に海水空間が設けられ、前記海水空間に海水が流入され得るように流入口が形成された本体と、
前記本体に設置されて前記本体の位置を知らせるための表示光を生成する少なくとも一つのLEDを具備する位置知らせ部と、
前記本体に設置されて入射する太陽光によって電気を生成する太陽光発電部と、
前記海水空間に流入した海水に浸漬され得るように前記海水空間内に設置され、海水と反応して前記太陽光発電部から提供される電気を貯蔵し、前記位置知らせ部を作動させることができるように貯蔵された電気を前記位置知らせ部に提供する海水電池ユニットと、
前記本体に入射する太陽光を感知するために前記本体に設置される光センサと、
前記ブイを作動モード、停止モード、または自動モードのうちいずれか一つのモードで作動させることができるスイッチユニットと、
を具備し、
前記スイッチユニットは、前記作動モードが選択される場合、前記LEDを常時作動させ、前記停止モードが選択される場合、前記LEDを常時停止させ、前記自動モードが選択される場合、前記光センサが前記本体に入射する太陽光を感知すると前記LEDの動作を停止させて前記太陽光発電部で生成された電気で前記海水電池ユニットを充電させる一方、前記光センサが前記本体に入射する太陽光を感知しないと前記LEDを作動させる、海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。 - 前記位置知らせ部は前記本体に設置され、前記本体に対する位置情報を生成し、生成された前記位置情報を管理サーバーに伝送し、前記海水電池ユニットから電気の供給を受けて作動するGPSモジュールを具備する、請求項1に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。
- 前記本体に設置され、前記本体周囲の環境情報を収集し、収集された環境情報を管理サーバーに伝送する環境情報収集部、をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。
- 前記環境情報収集部は、
前記本体が浮遊する海水の温度を測定できるように前記本体に設置された温度センサと、
前記本体周囲の映像を撮影するために前記本体に設置されたカメラと、を具備する、請求項3に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。 - 前記GPSモジュールは、既設定された設定時間間隔で前記本体に対する位置情報を前記管理サーバーに伝送する、請求項2に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。
- 前記GPSモジュールは、前記本体が潮流によって既設定された基準距離以上に移動したり、既設定された基準範囲を離脱する場合に、該当本体に対する位置情報を前記管理サーバーに伝送する、請求項2に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。
- 前記位置知らせ部は、
前記本体の外周面に分離可能に結合され、内部にGPSモジュールと前記少なくとも一つのLEDが設置され得るように設置空間が設けられ、光透過性素材で形成されたケースを具備する、請求項1に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。 - 前記スイッチユニットは、
前記本体の内部に設置され、所定の磁力を有する内部磁石部と、
前記内部磁石部に対向する前記本体の外周面に付着されるために前記内部磁石部と磁力結合され得るように所定の磁力を有する外部磁石と、
前記内部磁石部に対する前記外部磁石の付着位置を判別し、判別された付着位置により前記作動モード、前記停止モード、または前記自動モードのうちいずれか一つのモードを選択するモード選択部と、
前記モード選択部で前記自動モードが選択される場合、前記光センサが前記本体に入射する太陽光を感知すると前記LEDの作動を停止させて前記太陽光発電部によって生成された電気で前記海水電池ユニットを充電させる一方、前記光センサが前記本体に入射する太陽光を感知しないと前記LEDを作動させ、前記モード選択部で前記作動モードが選択される場合、前記LEDを常時作動させ、前記モード選択部で前記停止モードが選択される場合、前記LEDの作動は常時停止させるものの、前記GPSモジュールを作動させるか前記LEDおよびGPSモジュールの作動を停止させる制御モジュールと、をさらに具備し、
前記GPSモジュールは、前記本体に対する位置情報を生成し、生成された前記位置情報を管理サーバーに伝送し、前記海水電池ユニットから電気の供給を受けて作動する、請求項7に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。 - 前記流入口を通じて前記海水空間に流入する海水を前記海水電池ユニットに誘導できるように、前記流入口に隣接した位置の前記本体の内壁面に、前記海水電池ユニット側に突出形成された少なくとも一つのガイド部材、をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。
- 前記本体は球状に形成され、海水に浮遊時、前記流入口が海水面の下側に位置し得るように、前記流入口に隣接した位置の前記本体の内壁面に所定の重量を有する重量体が設置された、請求項1に記載の海水電池が設けられた独立型ブイ。
