- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の滲出液容器において、
前記出口ポートを通る液体透過を阻止するように構成された単一フィルタ
をさらに備えることを特徴とする滲出液容器。 - 陰圧療法を提供する装置において、
負圧源と、
前記負圧源に流体結合された出口ポートを備える流体不透過性である剛性容器と、
前記容器内に配置された吸収性コアであって、液体を吸収且つ保持するように構成された吸収性コアと、
前記吸収性コアの周囲に第1のエンベロープを形成している疎水性層と、
前記疎水性層の周囲に第2のエンベロープを形成し、前記容器内に配置されかつ前記出口ポートに流体結合された親水性層と、
前記疎水性層と前記吸収性コアとの間の隙間と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記容器が、前記親水性層に流体結合された入口ポートをさらに備え、前記親水性層が、前記出口ポートと前記入口ポートとの間で前記吸収性コアの周囲に流体を集配するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記親水性層が前記疎水性層に結合されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、
前記親水性層が親水性ポリエステル繊維のスルーエア結合されたウェブを含み、
前記疎水性層がポリエステル繊維のスルーエア結合されたウェブを含み、
前記吸収性コアが超吸収性ポリマーを含む
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
前記親水性層が織親水性ポリエステル繊維を含み、
前記疎水性層が織ポリエステル繊維を含み、
前記吸収性コアが超吸収性ポリマーを含む
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
前記親水性層が不織布の第1側であり、
前記疎水性層が前記不織布の第2側である
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
前記親水性層に流体結合された入口ポートと、
前記入口ポートに結合されるように構成されたドレッシングと、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 滲出液を管理する装置において、
液体を吸収且つ保持するように構成されている吸収性コアと、
前記吸収性コアの周囲に配置された疎水性シェルであって、前記吸収性コアよりも大きく、前記吸収性コアと前記疎水性シェルの間に隙間を提供する疎水性シェルと、
前記疎水性シェルの周囲に配置された親水性シェルと、
前記親水性シェルを封入する流体不透過性壁を備える剛性ケーシングと、
前記親水性シェルに流体結合された流体入口と、
前記親水性シェルに流体結合された流体出口と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項20に記載の装置において、
前記疎水性シェルが不織布の第1側であり、
前記親水性シェルが前記不織布の第2側である
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項20に記載の装置において、前記疎水性シェルが前記吸収性コアの周囲にエンベロープを形成していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項20に記載の装置において、前記親水性シェルが前記吸収性コアの周囲にエンベロープを形成していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項20に記載の装置において、前記親水性シェルが前記疎水性シェルの周囲にエンベロープを形成していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項20に記載の装置において、前記親水性シェルが流体を集配するように適合されていることを特徴とする装置。

前記滲出液容器内に配置された吸収性コアであって、液体を吸収且つ保持するように構成されている吸収性コアと、
前記吸収性コアの周囲の分配エンベロープであって、外側、内側、および前記外側から前記内側まで増大する疎水性を含む分配エンベロープと、
を備え、
前記分配エンベロープと前記吸収性コアの間に隙間があることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項28に記載の装置において、前記外側が流体獲得面を含み、前記内側が流体分配面を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項28に記載の装置において、前記分配エンベロープが不織布を含み、前記不織布が、疎水性である第1層と親水性である第2層とを含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項28乃至30の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記滲出液容器の流体出口に流体結合された負圧源をさらに備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の滲出液容器において、
前記マニホールドは分配マニホールドを具えており、
前記第1側が50マイクロメートルの細孔を有しており、
前記第2側が400マイクロメートルの細孔を有することを特徴とする滲出液容器。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
前記疎水性層が50マイクロメートルの細孔を有しており、
前記親水性層が400マイクロメートルの細孔を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項28に記載の装置において、前記吸収性コアが乾燥しているときに、前記分配エンベロープが前記吸収性コアよりも大きいことを特徴とする装置。
- 滲出液容器であって、
キャニスタと、第1のポートを有するベースであって、前記キャニスタに結合されるように構成されたベースと、第2のポートを有するキャップであって、前記キャニスタに結合されるように構成されたキャップと、を備える剛性ケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に配置されるように構成された流体管理モジュールであって、液体を吸収且つ保持するように構成された吸収性コアと、前記吸収性コアの周囲の分配エンベロープであって、外側、内側、および前記外側から前記内側まで増大する疎水性を含む分配エンベロープと、を備える、流体管理モジュールと、
を備え、
前記分配エンベロープと前記吸収性コアの間に隙間があることを特徴とする滲出液容器。 - 請求項35に記載の滲出液容器おいて、前記外側が流体獲得面を含み、前記内側が流体分配面を含むことを特徴とする滲出液容器。
- 請求項35に記載の滲出液容器において、前記分配エンベロープが不織布を含み、前記不織布が疎水性である第1の層および親水性である第2の層を含むことを特徴とする滲出液容器。
- 請求項35に記載の滲出液容器において、前記キャニスタが第1の端部および第2の端部を有し、前記ベースが前記キャニスタの前記第1の端部に結合されるように構成され、前記キャップが前記第2の端部に結合されるように構成されることを特徴とする滲出液容器。
- 請求項38に記載の滲出液容器において、前記第2の端部が前記第1の端部の反対側にあることを特徴とする滲出液容器。
- 請求項38に記載の滲出液容器において、前記第2の端部に配置されたフィルタをさらに備え、前記フィルタが、前記第2のポートを通る液体の透過を阻止するように構成されることを特徴とする滲出液容器。
- 請求項35に記載の滲出液容器において、前記第1のポートが入口ポートであり、前記第2のポートが出口ポートであることを特徴とする滲出液容器。
- 請求項35に記載の滲出液容器において、治療ユニットと係合するように構成された1又はそれ以上の取付装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする滲出液容器。
- 請求項35に記載の滲出液容器において、前記滲出液容器が、治療ユニットに受容されるように構成されることを特徴とする滲出液容器。
