Claims (8)
- 電動車両に搭載された車載電池を充電するために、前記電動車両の外部に設置された充電システムであって、
前記車載電池に電力を供給する充電部と、
前記車載電池を冷却する外部冷却装置と、
前記充電部および前記外部冷却装置の駆動を制御する車外制御部と、
を備え、
前記外部冷却装置は、
前記充電システム内に設けられ、外部冷媒が流れる外部流路と、
少なくともコンプレッサを有し、前記外部冷媒を冷却する冷却機構と、
前記冷却された外部冷媒を、前記車載電池を冷却するために前記電動車両内に流れる内部冷媒または前記電動車両に送られる外気と、熱交換させる熱交換器と、
を備えており、
前記電動車両が、前記車載電池を冷却する内部冷却装置を備える場合、
前記車外制御部は、前記車載電池の冷却が必要、かつ、前記内部冷却装置による前記車載電池の冷却ができない場合には、前記電動車両に前記内部冷却装置による冷却を指示することなく、前記外部冷却装置による冷却を実行させる、
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1に記載の充電システムであって、
前記内部冷却装置が、ヒートポンプ原理で車室を冷暖房するとともに前記車載電池と熱交換する冷媒を冷却する空調システムを有する場合、
前記車外制御部は、前記空調システムが前記ヒートポンプ原理で車室を暖房していない場合に、前記内部冷却装置による前記車載電池の冷却が可能と判断する、
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項2に記載の充電システムであって、
前記内部冷却装置が、さらに、外気との熱交換により前記車載電池を冷却する空冷機能を有しており、
前記車外制御部は、
前記車載電池の温度が前記外気の温度よりも大きい、および、前記空調システムが前記ヒートポンプ原理で車室を暖房していない、の少なくとも一方を満たし、かつ、前記車載電池の冷却が必要と判断した場合、前記電動車両に前記空冷機能を利用した前記車載電池の冷却を指示し、
前記車載電池の温度が前記外気の温度以下、かつ、前記空調システムが前記ヒートポンプ原理で車室を暖房している、かつ、前記車載電池の冷却が必要と判断した場合、前記電動車両に前記内部冷却装置による冷却を指示することなく、前記外部冷却装置による冷却を実行させる、
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の充電システムであって、
前記車外制御部は、前記車載電池の冷却が必要、かつ、前記内部冷却装置による前記車載電池の冷却が可能な場合は、前記内部冷却装置による冷却量と、前記車載電池の発熱量と、の比較結果に基づいて、前記外部冷却装置による冷却である外部冷却の要否を決定する、
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の充電システムであって、
さらに、前記電動車両に設けられたインレットに着脱自在のプラグを備え、
前記外部冷却装置は、さらに、前記内部冷媒が流れるとともに前記電動車両内に設けられた車載流路と流体連結されるバイパス流路であって、前記内部冷媒を前記熱交換器に導くとともに、前記熱交換器を通過した前記内部冷媒を前記車載流路に戻すバイパス流路を備え、
前記熱交換器は、前記冷却された外部冷媒を、前記内部冷媒と熱交換させ、
前記プラグは、前記充電部と前記車載電池と電気的に接続する電力端子と、前記バイパス流路と前記車載流路とを流体的に連結する流体カプラと、を有する、
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の充電システムであって、
前記充電部は、前記車載電池に、非接触で電力を送電可能であり、
前記外部冷却装置は、さらに、前記電動車両に風を送る外部ファンを含み、
前記熱交換は、前記外部冷媒を、前記外部ファンにより前記電動車両に送られる外気と、熱交換させる、
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 電動車両に搭載された車載電池を充電するために、前記電動車両の外部に設置された充電システムであって、
前記車載電池に電力を供給する充電部と、
前記車載電池を冷却する外部冷却装置と、
前記充電部および前記外部冷却装置の駆動を制御する車外制御部と、
を備え、
前記外部冷却装置は、
前記充電システム内に設けられ、外部冷媒が流れる外部流路と、
少なくともコンプレッサを有し、前記外部冷媒を冷却する冷却機構と、
前記冷却された外部冷媒を、前記車載電池を冷却するために前記電動車両内に流れる内部冷媒または前記電動車両に送られる外気と、熱交換させる熱交換器と、
を備えており、
前記車外制御部は、前記電動車両の充電実行中に、当該電動車両の前記車載電池の冷却が必要、かつ、前記車載電池の温度が前記外気の温度より高い、かつ、当該電動車両において熱要求がない場合、前記車載電池からの熱を、他の電動車両の電池暖機に利用させる、ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 電動車両に搭載された車載電池を充電するために、前記電動車両の外部に設置された充電システムであって、
前記車載電池に電力を供給する充電部と、
前記車載電池を冷却する外部冷却装置と、
前記充電部および前記外部冷却装置の駆動を制御する車外制御部と、
を備え、
前記外部冷却装置は、
前記充電システム内に設けられ、外部冷媒が流れる外部流路と、
少なくともコンプレッサを有し、前記外部冷媒を冷却する冷却機構と、
前記冷却された外部冷媒を、前記車載電池を冷却するために前記電動車両内に流れる内部冷媒または前記電動車両に送られる外気と、熱交換させる熱交換器と、
を備えており、
前記車外制御部は、一定時間内に、2以上の前記電動車両の充電指示が入力された場合、各電動車両の充電制限時間および単位時間当たりの発熱量に基づいて、前記充電を開始させる順位である待機順位を決定し、
前記車外制御部は、前記単位時間当たりの発熱量を、前記充電部から前記車載電池に供給される充電電力と、前記車載電池の内部抵抗と、に基づいて求める、
ことを特徴とする充電システム。
