Description
環状回転台の下端面には、円周方向に沿って並べられる複数の球面溝が設けられ、前記ハウジングには、前記環状回転台の下端面に垂直な少なくとも1つの止まり穴が設けられ、この止まり穴には、1つのコイル弾性体シート及び1つの鋼球が設けられ、前記鋼球及びコイル弾性体シートは、前記球面溝と前記止まり穴の底面の間に順次設けられ、前記環状回転台の下端面の内側には1つのC形段差が設けられ、前記ハウジングの取付穴の内側には、回路基板を取り付けるための1つの環状段差が設けられ、この環状段差には、前記C形段差内に嵌入可能な1つの規制部材が設けられ、これにより、前記環状回転台が前記取付穴が存在する面に対して360°より小さい範囲内で正逆回転することを実現する。

Claims (9)
- 回路基板(1)の上面の円周方向に沿って順次並べて設けられ、且つ段階が徐々に増加する複数の段階導電接触片(2)を含む多段輝度調節回路基板であって、
前記回路基板(1)の円周方向には、回路基板(1)の円周方向に沿って並べられる1つの自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)及び1つの光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片(4)がさらに設けられ、
前記自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)は、外部環境光に応じて出力光パワーを自動的に調節するために用いられ、
前記光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片(4)は、照準ターゲットのモードを光点モード又はドットサークルモードに切り替えるために用いられる
ことを特徴とする多段輝度調節回路基板。 - 前記自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)及び光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片(4)は、前記段階導電接触片(2)のOFF段階と前記段階導電接触片(2)の最高段階MAX導電接触片の間に順次設けられ、
又は、前記自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)及び光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片(4)は、前記OFF段階の直前及び直後の両側にそれぞれ設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段輝度調節回路基板。 - 前記自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)及び光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片(4)が前記OFF段階の直前及び直後にそれぞれ設けられる場合、ここで、
前記自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)は、前記段階導電接触片(2)の1段階導電接触片と前記OFF段階の間に設けられ、且つ前記光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片(4)は、前記OFF段階と前記最高段階MAX導電接触片の間に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段輝度調節回路基板。 - 前記回路基板(1)の上面には、陰極導電接点又は接触片(23)及び陽極導電リング(24)が設けられ、
前記段階導電接触片(2)、自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)及び光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片(4)は、いずれも同じ円周方向段階環状面に設けられ、
前記陰極導電接点又は接触片(23)、陽極導電リング(24)、及び前記円周方向段階環状面は、前記回路基板(1)の半径方向に沿って並べられ、互いに交差しない環状面にそれぞれ配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の多段輝度調節回路基板。 - 請求項1、2又は3に記載の多段輝度調節回路基板を含む電池ホルダー構造であって、
上部カバー(6)、絶縁パッド(7)、電池(8)、陽極歯付きリング(9)、陰極回路基板(10)、導電接触片(11)、第1の押圧リング(13)、環状回転カバー(14)、環状回転台(15)、及び第2の押圧リング(16)を含み、
前記絶縁パッド(7)は、前記上部カバー(6)と前記電池(8)の陽極の間で押し付けられ、
前記電池(8)は前記陽極歯付きリング(9)内に嵌合され、
前記陰極回路基板(10)は、前記電池(8)陰極と前記導電接触片(11)の間に設けられ、
前記陰極回路基板(10)上には、電池(8)陰極とこの陰極回路基板(10)の間に押し付けられる陰極板弾性体シート(12)が設けられ、
前記導電接触片(11)は、陽極導電接触片、陰極導電接触片、及び段階切り替え接触片を含み、
前記陽極導電接触片及び陰極導電接触片は、前記回路基板(1)上の陽極導電シート及び陰極導電シートにそれぞれ接触し、
前記段階切り替え接触片は、前記段階導電接触片(2)、自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)、及び光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片のいずれかに接触して、異なる動作状態又はモードの切り替えを実現するために使用され、
前記第1の押圧リング(13)は、前記陽極歯付きリング(9)の外側に設けられ、且つ前記陰極回路基板(10)の上面縁部を上から下に押し付け、
前記陰極回路基板(10)は、前記環状回転台(15)の内壁の段差に掛けられ、
前記第2の押圧リング(16)は、前記環状回転台(15)の外壁の下端の環状段差に外嵌され、
前記環状回転カバー(14)は、前記環状回転台(15)の上部に外嵌され、且つこの環状回転台(15)と螺旋状に接続され、
前記上部カバー(6)は、前記環状回転台(15)の内壁の上端にネジ接続され、
前記回路基板(1)は、周辺デバイスのハウジング(18)に固定される
ことを特徴とする電池ホルダー構造。 - 前記環状回転台(15)と前記ハウジング(18)の取付穴の間にはシールリング(17)が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池ホルダー構造。 - 前記環状回転台(15)の下端面には、円周方向に沿って並べられる複数の球面溝(19)が設けられ、
前記ハウジング(18)には、前記環状回転台(15)の下端面に垂直な少なくとも1つの止まり穴(20)が設けられ、この止まり穴(20)には、1つのコイル弾性体シート(21)及び1つの鋼球(22)が設けられ、
前記鋼球(22)及びコイル弾性体シート(21)は、前記球面溝(19)と前記止まり穴(20)の底面の間に順次設けられ、
前記環状回転台(15)の下端面の内側には1つのC形段差(25)が設けられ、前記ハウジング(18)の取付穴(26)の内側には、回路基板(1)を取り付けるための1つの環状段差(27)が設けられ、この環状段差(27)には、前記C形段差(25)内に嵌入可能な1つの規制部材(28)が設けられ、これにより、前記環状回転台(15)が前記取付穴(26)が存在する面に対して360°より小さい範囲内で正逆回転することを実現する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池ホルダー構造。 - 前記取付穴(26)の側壁には、半径方向に沿って外側に凹む1つの切欠き(29)が設けられ、且つこの切欠き(29)は前記環状段差(27)の上方に位置し、前記環状段差(27)に取り付けられた回路基板(1)の縁部の突起と係合して、回路基板(1)の位置規制を実現するために使用される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池ホルダー構造。 - 請求項4に記載の多段輝度調節回路基板を含む多段輝度調節アセンブリであって、
上部カバー(6)、絶縁パッド(7)、電池(8)、陽極歯付きリング(9)、陰極回路基板(10)、及び導電接触片(11)を含み、
前記絶縁パッド(7)は、前記上部カバー(6)と前記電池(8)の陽極の間で押し付けられ、
前記電池(8)は前記陽極歯付きリング(9)内に嵌合され、
前記陰極回路基板(10)は、前記電池(8)陰極と前記導電接触片(11)の間に設けられ、
前記陰極回路基板(10)上には、電池(8)陰極とこの陰極回路基板(10)の間に押し付けられる陰極板弾性体シート(12)が設けられ、
前記導電接触片(11)は、陽極導電接触片、陰極導電接触片、及び段階切り替え接触片を含み、
前記陽極導電接触片及び陰極導電接触片は、前記回路基板(1)上の陽極導電リング(24)及び陰極導電接点又は接触片(23)にそれぞれ接触し、
前記段階切り替え接触片は、前記段階導電接触片(2)、自動制御段階AUTO導電接触片(3)、及び光点ドットサークルモード複合導電接触片のいずれかに接触して、異なる動作状態又はモードの切り替えを実現するために使用される
