Abstract

本发明提供了一种多档位亮度调节电路板、多档位电池座结构,其通过在电路板上增设自动控制档位AUTO导电触片和一光点点‑圈模式复合导电触片,实现了在利用太阳能电池供电时,自动调节档位,确保输出光功率适应环境光需要,合理利用电能,利于电能节约;同时集成了射击靶标的模式切换,减少了瞄具的零部件,使得瞄具更加紧凑。

一种多档位亮度调节电路板、多档位电池座结构
技术领域
本发明属于枪械瞄具技术领域,具体涉及一种旋钮亮度调节开关,尤其是一种多档位亮度调节电路板、多档位亮度调节组件、电池座结构。
背景技术
为了减小枪瞄体积和操作的便利性,一般通过将电池仓和旋钮开关一体设计,通过手动调节旋钮开关的档位实现对输出光能量或功率的调整。
而现有的旋钮式开关(内含电池)只具有手动调节功能,不能根据环境光照需要实现自动调节光功率,同时不能调节或改变靶标的模式,如不能在瞄准点和点-圈模式间实现切换,而是依靠单独设置的瞄准辅助标靶模式切换按键实现,不利于整体部件的减少和操作的便利性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过对现有的旋钮式控制开关或组件的改造,使其具有根据外界环境光自动调节光功率和实现瞄准标靶的模式的切换,从而使得瞄具具有更好的应用性能,同时充分合理利用电能,避免电能利用的不合理和浪费。
为达上述目的,一种多档位亮度调节电路板,包括多个顺次沿电路板顶面的周向排列设置且档位逐渐增大的档位导电触片,所述电路板的周向还设置有沿电路板的周向排列的一自动控制档位AUTO导电触片和一光点点-圈模式复合导电触片;
所述自动控制档位AUTO导电触片和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片顺次设置在所述档位导电触片的OFF档位和该档位导电触片的最大档位MAX导电触片之间;
或所述自动控制档位AUTO导电触片和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片分别设置在紧邻所述OFF档位前后处。

具体实施方式
图1所示为一种多档位亮度调节电路板,包括多个顺次沿电路板1顶面的周向排列设置且档位逐渐增大的档位导电触片2,其不同于现有的调节电路板的地方是:电路板1的周向还设置有沿电路板1的周向排列的一自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3和一光点点-圈模式复合导电触片4。
其中,自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片4顺次设置在档位导电触片2的OFF档位和该档位导电触片2的最大档位MAX导电触片之间,详见图2所示。
或自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片4分别设置在紧邻OFF档位前后处,如图3所示,当自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片4分别设置在紧邻OFF档位前后处时,其中:自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3设置在档位导电触片2的1挡导电触片和OFF档位之间,且点点-圈模式复合导电触片4设置在OFF档位和最大档位MAX导电触片之间。
电路板1的顶面设置负极导电触点或片23和正极导电环24,档位导电触片,2、自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片4均设置在同一周向档位环面上;负极导电触点或片23、正极导电环24和向档位环面沿所述电路板1的径向排列,分别置于互不相交的环形面上。
一具体实施例如图1所示,电路板1顶面自内向外依次设置负极导电触点23和正极导电环24,档位导电触片2、自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片4均设置在正极导电环24外侧,即正极导电触片、负极导电触片分别与电路板1上的正极导电环24、负极导电触点或片23接触,实现电源正负极的稳定接触和供给。当然,设计人员可以根据设计需要,将负极导电触点23和正极导电环24的位置交换,或与周向档位环面位置互换,甚至任意两者位置交互,实现多种电路结构和相应的具体的电路设计。
如此,本实施例通过增设自动控制档位AUTO和光点点-圈模式实现了根据环境自动调节光能量,同时将靶标的模式集成在该电路板上,减少了器件部件数量,且操作便利。
图4所示为一种含有前述的多档位亮度调节电路板的多档位亮度调节组件(电池座的局部结构),包括上盖6、绝缘垫7(一般选用橡胶垫)、电池8、正电极齿形圈9、负电极电路板10、导电触片11;绝缘垫7压在上盖6和电池8的正极之间,起保护和绝缘作用。电池8卡套在正电极齿形圈9内,即提供正极电源供给,同时又被正电极齿形圈9固定限位,确保电池8的安装牢固和使用稳定。
负电极电路板10设置在电池8的负极和导电触片11之间,导电触片11包括正极导电触片、负极导电触片和档位切换触片。正极导电触片、负极导电触片分别与电路板1上的正极导电片、负极导电片接触;档位切换触片用以与档位导电触片2、自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片中的任一接触,以实现不同工作状态或模式的切换。
其中,正极导电触片、负极导电触片和档位切换触片均通过其底面上的弧形触点与分别与正极导电片、负极导电片、档位导电触片2、自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片中的任一接触,实现供电稳定的同时,确保档位切换正常进行。
负电极电路板10上设置触压在电池8负极和该负电极电路板10之间的负极弹片12,触压在电池8的负极,确保接触良好,同时进一步稳固电池8。
图5、图6、图7所示为一种前述实施例涉及的多档位亮度调节组件的电池座结构,包括第一压圈13、环状旋转盖14、环状旋转座15和第二压圈16;其中,第一压圈13设置在正电极齿形圈9外、且自上而下抵压负电极电路板10的顶面边缘上;负电极电路板10悬架在环状旋转座15内壁上的台阶上;第二压圈16套设在环状旋转座15外壁底端的环形台阶上;环状旋转盖14套设在环状旋转座15的顶部且与该环状旋转座15螺旋连接;上盖6与旋转座15的内壁上端螺纹连接;电路板1固定在外围设备的壳体18上。旋转座15与壳体18上的安装腔之间设置密封圈17。
如图8所示,环状旋转座15底部边缘设置多个沿周向排列的球面凹槽19;相应地,外壳18上设置有至少一个垂直于环状旋转座15的底面的盲孔20,该盲孔20内设置一螺旋弹簧21和一钢球22;钢球22和螺旋弹簧21依次设置在球面凹槽19和所述盲孔20的底面之间,如此可以在旋转环状旋转盖带动环状旋转座转动时发出声响,从而使使用者确定档位调整有效。
结合图16可见,环状旋转座15的底端端面内侧上设一C形台阶25;壳体18上的安装孔26的内侧设置一安装电路板1的环状台阶27,该环状台阶27上设置一可嵌入所述C形台阶25内的限位件28,从而实现环状旋转座15相对安装孔26所在的面内做小于360°的范围内的正反转即做顺逆时针转动,均小于360°。
安装孔26的侧壁上开设一沿径向向外凹陷的缺口29,且该缺口29位于环状台阶27的上方,用以与安装在环状台阶27上的电路板1的边缘上的凸起配合,实现对电路板1的限位,确保电路板稳定安装。
图9是应用前述实施例提供的电池座结构的瞄具立体图,由此图清楚可见,该瞄具没有单独的模式切换开关,简化设计和降低成本,提升了使用的便捷性。且该瞄具上设置太阳能电池5,在采用前述电路板或电池座结构时,电路板1上包括图10所示的MCU处理器,用以接收经信号放大电路处理的来自采集环境光的PD传感器的环境光信号计算当前需要的光功率,并与来自太阳能电池的电源信号所能提供的能量进行比较,从而控制电池的释放电能,实现对太阳能电池的能量的补充,在确保光功率满足当下需要的前提下,减少对电池的电能的索取,从而节约电池电量,延长电池使用寿命。
由图10还可获知,MCU通过采样旋钮开关的档位导电触片2或自动控制档位AUTO导电触片3或光点点-圈模式复合导电触片4的信号,从而获知电路的工作模式是档位手动控制模式或档位自动控制,或瞄准靶标的模式为光电还是点圈模式,从而在档位控制模式为自动调节模式时,通过采样PD管的信号和太阳能电池5的电能信号,当太阳能电池提供的电能足够时只由太阳能电池供电,而当太阳能电池提供的电能不能满足工作需要时,控制电池进行电能补充提供,确保光功率满足当前光照需要。
具体参见图11至图15,其中图11为太阳能电池5的供电电路图,其经稳压后的电源经GDC_AN1输入至图14所示的MCU控制芯片的6脚,与经MCU控制芯片的5脚采集的经放大的PD传感器的输入信号比较,如果当前太阳能电池提供的电能满足当前环境下的光照度需求,则仅由太阳能电池供电,否则,则由MCU控制电池提供电量补偿,当然,实现这些功能的前提是,MCU检测到档位旋钮处于AUTO档位。
前述电路的工作过程或电池座结构的实用方式,结合图2可以简单描述其工作过程或使用方式,即档位开关旋到OFF档,关闭所有功能;档位开关旋到1,2 . . .12档位中的任一档位时,内红点瞄具中的LED光源就调整到对应的档位亮度;档位开关旋到AUTO档时,MCU通过其16脚采样到这个档位的电平变化时,控制方式进入自动模式,这时LED光源处于自动调整亮度的状态,根据芯片附近的PD采样获取的目标所处环境光亮度,通过采集太阳能电池产生的电量,控制电池是否供电及供电电量,从而调整LED光源的亮度,使LED光源的亮度能自动调整到便于观察目标的亮度。
当档位开关旋到即点-点圈复合档位时,MCU采样到这个档位的电平变化时,就改变在其余档位的LED图标,例如,档位旋转到ATUO档,内红点状态是单点;当先旋转到档,再反向旋转到AUTO档时,内红点状态就变成点+圈即点圈状态,即靶标由圆圈和圆圈中心的点或十字靶标构成。

Claims (9)

1.一种多档位亮度调节电路板,包括多个顺次沿电路板(1)顶面的周向排列设置且档位逐渐增大的档位导电触片(2),其特征在于:所述电路板(1)的周向还设置有沿电路板(1)的周向排列的一自动控制档位AUTO导电触片(3)和一光点点-圈模式复合导电触片(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的多档位亮度调节电路板,其特征在于:所述自动控制档位AUTO导电触片(3)和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片(4)顺次设置在所述档位导电触片(2)的OFF档位和该档位导电触片(2)的最大档位MAX导电触片之间;
或所述自动控制档位AUTO导电触片(3)和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片(4)分别设置在紧邻所述OFF档位前、后两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的多档位亮度调节电路板,其特征在于,当所述自动控制档位AUTO导电触片(3)和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片(4)分别设置在紧邻所述OFF档位前、后两侧时,其中:
所述自动控制档位AUTO导电触片(3)设置在所述档位导电触片(2)的1挡导电触片和所述OFF档位之间,且所述点点-圈模式复合导电触片(4)设置在所述OFF档位和所述最大档位MAX导电触片之间。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的多档位亮度调节电路板,其特征在于,所述电路板(1)的顶面设置负极导电触点或片(23)和正极导电环(24);
所述档位导电触片(2)、自动控制档位AUTO导电触片(3)和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片(4)均设置在同一周向档位环面上;
所述负极导电触点或片(23)、正极导电环(24)和所述向档位环面沿所述电路板(1)的径向排列,分别置于互不相交的环形面上。
5.一种含有权利要求1或2或3所述的多档位亮度调节电路板的电池座结构,其特征在于:包括上盖(6)、绝缘垫(7)、电池(8)、正电极齿形圈(9)、负电极电路板(10)、导电触片(11)、第一压圈(13)、环状旋转盖(14)、环状旋转座(15)和第二压圈(16);
所述绝缘垫(7)压在所述上盖(6)和所述电池(8)的正极之间;
所述电池(8)卡套在所述正电极齿形圈(9)内;
所述负电极电路板(10)设置在所述电池(8)负极和所述导电触片(11)之间;
所述负电极电路板(10)上设置触压在电池(8)负极和该负电极电路板(10)之间的负极弹片(12);
所述导电触片(11)包括正极导电触片、负极导电触片和档位切换触片;
所述正极导电触片、负极导电触片分别与所述电路板(1)上的正极导电片、负极导电片接触;
所述档位切换触片用以与所述档位导电触片(2)、自动控制档位AUTO导电触片(3)和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片中的任一接触,以实现不同工作状态或模式的切换;所述第一压圈(13)设置在所述正电极齿形圈(9)外、且自上而下抵压所述负电极电路板(10)的顶面边缘上;
所述负电极电路板(10)悬架在所述环状旋转座(15)内壁上的台阶上;
所述第二压圈(16)套设在所述环状旋转座(15)外壁底端的环形台阶上;
所述环状旋转盖(14)套设在所述环状旋转座(15)的顶部且与该环状旋转座(15)螺旋连接;
所述上盖(6)与所述环状旋转座(15)的内壁上端螺纹连接;
所述电路板(1)固定在外围设备的壳体(18)上。
6.如权利要求5所述的电池座结构,其特征在于:所述环状旋转座(15)与所述壳体(18)上的安装孔之间设置密封圈(17)。
7.如权利要求5所述的电池座结构,其特征在于:所述环状旋转座(15)的底端端面设置多个沿周向排列的球面凹槽(19);
所述外壳(18)上设置有至少一个垂直于所述环状旋转座(15)的底端端面的盲孔(20),该盲孔(20)内设置一螺旋弹簧(21)和一钢球(22);
所述钢球(22)和螺旋弹簧(21)依次设置在所述球面凹槽(19)和所述盲孔(20)的底面之间;
所述环状旋转座(15)的底端端面内侧上设一C形台阶(25);所述壳体(18)上的安装孔(26)的内侧设置一安装电路板(1)的环状台阶(27),该环状台阶(27)上设置一可嵌入所述C形台阶(25)内的限位件(28),从而实现所述环状旋转座(15)相对所述安装孔(26)所在的面内做小于360°的范围内的正反转。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池座结构,其特征在于:所述安装孔(26)的侧壁上开设一沿径向向外凹陷的缺口(29),且该缺口(29)位于所述环状台阶(27)的上方,用以与安装在所述环状台阶(27)上的电路板(1)的边缘上的凸起配合,实现对电路板(1)的限位。
9.一种含有权利要求4所述的多档位亮度调节电路板的多档位亮度调节组件,其特征在于:包括上盖(6)、绝缘垫(7)、电池(8)、正电极齿形圈(9)、负电极电路板(10)和导电触片(11);
所述绝缘垫(7)压在所述上盖(6)和所述电池(8)的正极之间;
所述电池(8)卡套在所述正电极齿形圈(9)内;
所述负电极电路板(10)设置在所述电池(8)负极和所述导电触片(11)之间;
所述负电极电路板(10)上设置触压在电池(8)负极和该负电极电路板(10)之间的负极弹片(12);
所述导电触片(11)包括正极导电触片、负极导电触片和档位切换触片;
所述正极导电触片、负极导电触片分别与所述电路板(1)上的正极导电环(24)、负极导电触点或片(23)接触;
所述档位切换触片用以与所述档位导电触片(2)、自动控制档位AUTO导电触片(3)和光点点-圈模式复合导电触片中的任一接触,以实现不同工作状态或模式的切换。
