Claims (2)
- ステータコアのスロットに挿入されたU字状導体の脚部の内の前記ステータコアの軸方向の端面から突出した突出部分を周方向に向かって折り曲げ成形する際に用いる折り曲げ成形治具であって、
円環状のリング部と、
前記リング部の軸方向端面から軸方向に突出する爪部と、を備え、
前記爪部は、
前記リング部の前記軸方向端面から軸方向に立ち上がり、表面が周方向に向き、前記突出部分を折り曲げ成形する際に、周方向から前記突出部分の先端部に当接する第1当接面と、
前記爪部の突端で前記リング部の前記軸方向端面と対向するように前記第1当接面から周方向に突出した突部と、を備え、
前記突出部分を折り曲げ成形する際に、前記リング部の前記軸方向端面は前記突部に向かって軸方向から前記突出部分の前記先端部の一方側に当接し、前記突部は前記リング部の前記軸方向端面に向って軸方向から前記突出部分の前記先端部の他方側に当接すること、
を特徴とする折り曲げ成形治具。 - 請求項1に記載の折り曲げ成形治具であって、
前記爪部は、前記第1当接面と周方向反対側に向いた第2当接面を更に備えており、
前記第2当接面は、前記突出部分を折り曲げ成形する際に、前記突出部分の前記先端部の一方側に当接すること、
を特徴とする折り曲げ成形治具。
