Description
ポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層が、少なくとも1つのポリマー、及びナノ粒子が誘導体化されて1つ又は複数の官能基を含む、少なくとも1つのポリマー分子主鎖に含まれる誘導体化ナノ粒子を含む、第1の繊維層に隣接するポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層を配置するステップと、
ポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層に隣接する第2の繊維層を配置するステップとを含む方法。
複合構造を固化するために樹脂を硬化するステップとをさらに含む、項1に記載の方法。
ポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層を形成するためにポリマー及び誘導体化ナノ粒子を溶融紡糸するステップによって生産される、項1に記載の方法。
第1の繊維層と、
第2の繊維層と、
少なくとも1つのポリマー、及びナノ粒子が誘導体化されて1つ又は複数の官能基を含む、少なくとも1つのポリマーの分子主鎖内に含まれる誘導体化ナノ粒子を含む、第1の繊維層及び第2の繊維層の間に配置されたポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層と、
第1及び第2の繊維層内に注入された樹脂とを含むラミネート複合構造。

Claims (5)
- 第1の繊維層(302a)と、
第2の繊維層(302b)と、
前記第1の繊維層及び第2の繊維層の間に配置された不織合成ポリマー布であるポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層(310)と、
前記第1の繊維層内、第2の繊維層内、及びポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層内に注入された樹脂とを含み、
ポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層が、
少なくとも1つのポリマー(304)、及び
前記少なくとも1つのポリマーの分子主鎖に含まれる誘導体化ナノ粒子(306)を含み、
前記ナノ粒子は誘導体化されて1つ又は複数の官能基を含んでおり、
前記少なくとも1つのポリマーが、前記不織合成ポリマー布の熱可塑性繊維の形態であり、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリエステル、ポリブタジエン、ポリウレタン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリアリールアミド、ポリケトン、ポリフタルアミド、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリブチレンテレフタレート及びポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる群から選択され、
前記ナノ粒子が、ナノグラファイト、シリカナノ粒子、カーボンブラック、カーボンナノファイバー及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、
ラミネート複合構造。 - 前記少なくとも1つのポリマーが、熱可塑性繊維の形態であり、及び前記1つ又は複数の官能基が、前記樹脂との接合を形成する、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 前記1つ又は複数の官能基が、アミン基、カルボキシ基、ヒドロキシ基、エポキシ基、エーテル基、ケトン基、アルコキシ基、アリール基、アラルキル基、ラクトン基、官能化されたポリマー基又はオリゴマー基、あるいはこれらの組み合わせからなる官能基の群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の複合構造。
- 前記第1の繊維層(302a)及び前記第2の繊維層(302b)が、不織繊維層である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造。
- 前記ポリマーナノ粒子強化中間層(310)が、前記第1の繊維層(302a)にメルト接合されているもの、又は前記第1の繊維層に機械的に固定されているもののうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造。
