Description
Claims (13)
- 三次元加工品(10)を製造するための器械であって、
少なくとも1つの側壁を有し、原料粉末(4)と接触するように構成されたビルドシリンダ(13)と、
前記ビルドシリンダ(13)の内部に配置されると共に、複数層の前記原料粉末(4)を受けるように構成されたキャリア(2)と、
所定のサイトにおいて前記原料粉末(4)を凝固するために、前記原料粉末(4)の最上層の前記所定のサイトへ放射ビーム(8)を方向づけるように構成された照射ユニット(14)と、
前記照射ユニット(14)から前記原料粉末(4)へ向けられた、前記放射ビーム(8)が通る体積を画定する加工チャンバ(18)と、
外骨格のような外部支持フレームの形式とされ、前記照射ユニット(14)及び前記加工チャンバ(18)の外側に設けられると共に、前記照射ユニット(14)及び前記加工チャンバ(18)を支持し、垂直方向に延在する支持構造体(22)と、
を備え、
前記加工チャンバ(18)内部のプロセス熱による前記加工チャンバ(18)の熱変形が、前記支持構造体(22)に対する前記照射ユニット(14)の転位を生じさせないように、前記照射ユニット(14)は、前記加工チャンバ(18)から機械的に分断されている、器械。 - 前記加工チャンバ(18)内部のプロセス熱が、前記支持構造体(22)の熱変形を生じさせないように、前記支持構造体(22)と前記加工チャンバ(18)との間に、空隙が設けられている、請求項1に記載の器械。
- 前記支持構造体(22)と前記加工チャンバ(18)の側壁との間に、空隙が設けられている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の器械。
- 前記加工チャンバ(18)に対して、並びに、前記ビルドシリンダ(13)に対して、及び、前記ビルドシリンダ(13)の内側において、前記キャリア(2)を垂直方向に移動するように構成されたキャリア移動ユニット(12)であって、前記キャリア移動ユニット(12)は、前記支持構造体(22)によって支持されている、キャリア移動ユニット(12)を、さらに備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の器械。
- 前記加工チャンバ(18)内部のプロセス熱による前記加工チャンバ(18)の熱変形が、前記支持構造体(22)に対する前記キャリア移動ユニット(12)の転位を生じさせないように、前記キャリア移動ユニット(12)は、前記加工チャンバ(18)から機械的に分断されている、請求項4に記載の器械。
- 前記支持構造体(22)に対して、前記ビルドシリンダ(13)を垂直方向に移動するように構成され、前記加工チャンバ(18)の側壁又は底壁に取り付けられた、ビルドシリンダ移動ユニット(16)を、さらに備える、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の器械。
- 前記加工チャンバ(18)は、前記加工チャンバ(18)の基礎レベルにおける前記支持構造体(22)によって、支持されている、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の器械。
- 前記加工チャンバ(18)は、前記加工チャンバ(18)の側壁又は底壁に取り付けられた加工チャンバ移動ユニット(16)を介して、前記支持構造体(22)によって支持されている、請求項7に記載の器械。
- 前記支持構造体(22)によって支持された粉末塗布装置(6)をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の器械。
- 前記照射ユニット(14)と前記加工チャンバ(18)との間に設けられた、熱分断層(20)を、さらに備える、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の器械。
- 前記支持構造体(22)に対する前記キャリア(2)の垂直方向位置を特定するように構成された垂直方向位置計測装置(26)を、さらに備える、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の器械。

- 三次元加工品(10)を製造する方法であって、
原料粉末(4)の層を、少なくとも1つの側壁を有すると共に、前記原料粉末(4)と接触するように構成されたビルドシリンダ(13)の内部に配置されたキャリア(2)上に塗布するステップと、
所定のサイトにおいて前記原料粉末(4)を凝固するために、照射ユニット(14)によって、前記原料粉末(4)の層の前記所定のサイトへ、放射ビーム(8)を方向づけるステップであって、前記放射ビーム(8)は、前記照射ユニット(14)から、加工チャンバ(18)によって画定された体積を通って前記原料粉末(4)へと方向づけられており、外骨格のような外部支持フレームの形式とされ、垂直方向に延在する支持構造体(22)は、前記照射ユニット(14)及び前記加工チャンバ(18)の外側に設けられると共に、前記照射ユニット(14)及び前記加工チャンバ(18)を支持する、ステップと、
を備え、
前記加工チャンバ(18)内部のプロセス熱による前記加工チャンバ(18)の熱変形が、前記支持構造体(22)に対する前記照射ユニット(14)の転位を生じさせないように、前記照射ユニット(14)は、前記加工チャンバ(18)から機械的に分断されている、方法。
