前記調温装置(11)が、特に電磁的な調温ビームを発生されるために設置されている少なくとも1つの調温要素(12)を含んでおり、該少なくとも1つの調温要素(12)が、調温ダイオードとして形成されているか、又は調温ダイオードを含んでいることを特徴とする装置。
前記調温装置(11)が複数の調温ダイオードを含んでおり、これら調温ダイオードが、行状及び/又は列状の配置で少なくとも1つの平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする付記1に記載の装置。

を含む装置。 - 前記複数の温度制御ダイオードは、行状及び/又は列状に少なくとも1つの平面内に配置されている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記保持装置は、温度制御ダイオードがその上又はその中に配置されたフレームを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の温度制御ダイオードは、複数の面発光ダイオードを含む、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の温度制御ダイオードは、複数の垂直共振器面発光レーザダイオードを含む、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の温度制御ダイオードは、1つ以上のビーム特性が変更可能な温度制御ビームをそれぞれ生成するように構成される、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の温度制御ダイオードのそれぞれは、それぞれの温度制御ビームの1つ以上のビーム特性に関して個別に調整可能である請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の温度制御ダイオードによって生成される温度制御ビームのそれぞれの1つ以上のビーム特性を制御するように構成される制御部を含む、
請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 変更可能な1つ以上のビーム特性が、ビームプロファイル、出力、強度、および/または波長を含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数の温度制御ダイオードのうちの少なくとも1つを作動させて1つ以上の温度制御ビームを生成するように構成され、前記温度制御ビームのそれぞれの1つ以上のビーム特性は位置および/または時間に関して変化する、請求項8または請求項9に記載の装置。
- 温度制御されるべき構造材料層の温度を検出するように構成された検出装置を含み、
前記制御部は前記検出装置によって検出された構造材料層の温度を示す検出情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記複数の温度制御ダイオードのうちの1つ以上を制御するように構成されている請求項8〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記検出装置が高温計を含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 三次元物体を付加的に製造する方法であって、
プロセスチャンバ内の構造平面内に、プロセスチャンバに対して少なくとも1つの運動自由度をもって移動するように構成された積層装置によって形成される構造材料の複数の層のそれぞれを形成し、
保持装置と、前記積層装置によって形成された構造材料のそれぞれの層の温度を制御するようにそれぞれ構成された複数の温度制御ビームを生成するように構成され、前記保持装置上または前記保持装置内に配置された複数の温度制御ダイオードと、を含む温度制御装置を用いて、前記積層装置によって形成された前記構造材料の複数の層のそれぞれの温度を制御し、
前記構造材料の複数の層毎の露光、およびこれに伴う凝固化を行うよう構成されたエネルギービームを放出するエネルギービーム発生装置を使用して前記構造材料の複数の層毎の選択的な凝固化を行う
ことを含む方法。 - 前記複数の温度制御ダイオードの1つ以上を制御して、対応する複数の温度制御ビームの1つ以上を生成することを含み、前記制御することは、位置および/または時間に関して前記温度制御ビームのそれぞれの1つ以上のビーム特性を変更することを含む、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記複数の温度制御ビームのそれぞれの1つ以上のビーム特性を変更することを含み、前記1つ以上のビーム特性は、ビームプロファイル、出力、強度、および/または波長を含む、
請求項13または請求項14に記載の方法。 - 温度制御されるべき構造材料層の温度を検出装置で検出し、
前記検出装置によって検出された構造材料層の温度を示す検出情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記複数の温度制御ダイオードの1つ以上を制御することを含む、請求項13〜請求項15のいずれかに記載の方法。
