前記保持装置(15)が前記装置側のプロセスチャンバ(6)の内部に配置されており、前記保持装置が、前記装置側のプロセスチャンバ(6)内で少なくとも1つの運動自由度をもって運動可能に支持されて配置された、選択的に固化されるべき構造材料層を前記構造平面内で形成するために設置されている装置側の積層装置(7)に運動可能に結合されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記調温装置(11)が複数の調温ダイオードを含んでおり、これら調温ダイオードが、行状及び/又は列状の配置で少なくとも1つの平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記保持装置(15)がフレーム式又はフレーム状の保持構造部(16)を含んでおり、該保持構造部には、又は該保持構造部内には前記調温ダイオードが配置されており、少なくとも1つの調温ダイオードが、少なくとも1つの運動自由度をもって前記保持構造部(16)に対して相対的に運動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの調温ダイオードが、該調温ダイオードによって発生可能な調温ビームのビーム特性に関する、当該調温ビームの初期出力、強度、波長の少なくとも1つを含む調温ビームパラメータについて変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 1つ又は複数の調温ダイオードの動作を各調温ダイオードによって発生可能な調温ビームのビーム特性に関する調温ビームパラメータを介して制御するために設置されている制御装置(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 1つ又は複数の調温ダイオードの適当な作動によって、調温されるべき局所的に限定された構造材料層に関して局所的に及び/又は時間的に変化する1つ又は複数の調温ビームプロファイル(13)を発生させるために、前記制御装置(14)が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 調温されるべき構造材料層の調温を検出するために設置されている検出装置が設けられており、前記制御装置(14)が、前記検出装置によって発生する、調温されるべき構造材料層の検出された温度を描写する検出情報に基づいて1つ又は複数の調温ダイオードの制御を制御するように設置されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの調温ダイオードが、面発光ダイオードとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- エネルギービームを用いて凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る、構造平面内に形成された構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化によって三次元的な物体(2)を付加的に製造するための方法において、
当該方法の実行のために、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置が用いられることを特徴とする方法。
