Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセル及び前記複数のバッテリーセルを内部に収容するように収容空間が形成されたモジュールケースを備えた少なくとも一つ以上のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールの上部を覆うように内部構造が形成され、一端部から他端部まで全体的に曲面を有する外部構造が形成された上蓋部を備える上部ケース、及び前記バッテリーモジュールの下部を囲むように内部構造が形成され、一端部から他端部まで全体的に曲面を有する外部構造が形成された下蓋部を備えた下部ケースを備え、前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースは、パックハウジングの内部が外部の大気圧と比較し負圧状態を維持するように相互結合して密閉された、パックハウジングと、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記上部ケースは、前記上蓋部の下端面に沿って形成され、外側方向へ突出して延びた第1周縁部を備え、
前記下部ケースは、前記下蓋部の上端面に沿って形成され、外側方向へ突出して延びた第2周縁部を備え、
前記第1周縁部及び前記第2周縁部は、前記パックハウジングの内部が負圧状態を維持するように相互結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記上部ケースには、前記上部ケースの外部構造の外面から突出して延びて形成され、水平方向の一側が前記上蓋部の外面と連結され、下端部が前記第1周縁部の外側方向へ突出した部分の上面と連結されたリブが形成され、
前記下部ケースには、前記下部ケースの外部構造の外面から突出して延びて形成され、水平方向の一側が前記下蓋部の外面と連結され、上端部が前記第2周縁部の外側方向へ突出した部分の下面と連結されたリブが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記上部ケースにはボルト締結されるように構成された締結口が形成され、前記モジュールケースにもボルトが挿入されるように構成された貫通口が形成され、前記下部ケースには、前記締結口と上下方向に対応する位置に締結溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、前記上部ケースと、前記バッテリーモジュールと、前記下部ケースとが相互結合固定可能に構成された少なくとも一つ以上の長ボルトを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックハウジングは、前記上部ケースの第1周縁部と前記下部ケースの第2周縁部との間に介在されるガスケットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1周縁部及び前記第2周縁部の各々には、前記ガスケットの一部が挿入される挿入溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックハウジングには、真空ポンプの吸入ホースと連結されるか、または外部空気の流入を阻むように栓で密閉されるベントホールが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、デバイス。
- 請求項9に記載のデバイスを含む、エネルギー貯蔵システム。
