Description
上端外周部及び中心部に各々極性が相異なる第1電極端子及び第2電極端子が形成された円筒状電池セルであって、
正極、負極、及び正極と負極との間に分離膜が介在された状態で巻き取られている構造の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が電解液を含浸した状態で収納されている電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの開放された上端に取り付けられているキャップ組立体と、
前記電池ケース及び前記キャップ組立体の上部に設けられ、電気絶縁性素材を備えたキャップハウジング、及び前記キャップハウジングの上部に載置され、前記第1電極端子及び前記第2電極端子の各々と電気的に接続するように構成された第1接続プレート及び第2接続プレートを備えた接続キャップと、を含み得る。

Claims (10)
- 上端外周部及び中心部に各々極性が相異なる第1電極端子及び第2電極端子が形成された円筒状電池セルであって、
正極、負極、及び正極と負極との間に分離膜を介在した状態で巻き取られている構造の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が電解液を含浸した状態で収納されている電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの開放された上端に取り付けられているキャップ組立体と、
前記電池ケース及び前記キャップ組立体の上部に設けられ、電気絶縁性素材を備えたキャップハウジング、及び前記キャップハウジングの上部に載置された第1接続プレート及び第2接続プレートを備えた接続キャップと、を含む、円筒状電池セルであって、
前記キャップハウジングは、
前記第1接続プレートの少なくとも一部の外形に対応する凹形状を有し、前記第1接続プレートを収納固定するように構成された第1載置部と、
前記第2接続プレートの少なくとも一部の外形に対応する凹形状を有し、前記第2接続プレートを収納固定するように構成された第2載置部と、
前記上端外周部に形成された前記第1電極端子が外部に露出するように開口した外周側露出部と、
前記中心部に形成された前記第2電極端子が外部に露出するように開口した中央露出部と、
を含み、
前記第1接続プレートは、前記外周側露出部から露出した前記第1電極端子と電気的に直接接続され、
前記第2接続プレートは、前記中央露出部から露出した前記第2電極端子と電気的に直接接続される、円筒状電池セル。 - 前記第1接続プレート及び前記第2接続プレートは、
下面が前記第1電極端子又は前記第2電極端子の外面と直接接触するように前記第1電極端子及び前記第2電極端子の各々に位置した電極端子溶接部と、
前記電極端子溶接部の一端に接続し、上面が上方に露出するように構成されたバスバー溶接部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒状電池セル。 - 前記接続キャップは、前記第1接続プレート及び前記第2接続プレートの上面の一部を覆って固定するように前記キャップハウジングに結合固定された固定カバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の円筒状電池セル。
- 前記キャップハウジングには、前記固定カバーの固定位置をガイドするように上方へ突出したガイド突起が形成され、前記固定カバーには、前記ガイド突起を挿入できるように開口された固定ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒状電池セル。
- 前記固定カバーには、
前記第1接続プレートの電極端子溶接部が外部に露出するように開口した外周側溶接ホールと、
前記第2接続プレートの電極端子溶接部が外部に露出するように開口した中央溶接ホールと、が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2を引用する請求項3に記載の円筒状電池セル。 - 前記キャップハウジングには、前記固定カバーが前記キャップハウジングから離脱することを阻むように中央方向へ突出した係止爪が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒状電池セル。
- 前記キャップハウジングの外壁には、複数の前記円筒状電池セルの配列をガイドするように構成された配列ガイド部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の円筒状電池セル。
- 前記配列ガイド部は、
前記キャップハウジングの左右方向の両側外壁に、複数の前記円筒状電池セルの左右方向の配列をガイドするように左右方向の一面が平坦な平坦突起構造を備え、
前記キャップハウジングの前後方向の外側壁に、複数の前記円筒状電池セルの前後方向の配列をガイドするように形成された三角突起構造を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の円筒状電池セル。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の円筒状電池セルを複数個含む、バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、電子デバイス。
