Claims (18)
- ディスプレイ基板と、
前記ディスプレイ基板上の複数の位置合わせマークと、
前記ディスプレイ基板上の絶縁層内に前面を上にして埋め込まれ、前記複数の位置合わせマークに対して配置された画素ドライバチップのアレイと、
前記画素ドライバチップのアレイの前面にわたって広がり、かつ前記前面と電気的に接続している前面再配線層(RDL)と、
前記前面RDL上の発光ダイオード(LED)のアレイと、
を備えたディスプレイパネルであって、
各画素ドライバチップが、各画素ドライバチップに対応する、前記LEDのアレイ内のLEDの群を切り替え及び駆動するためのものであり、各画素ドライバチップが、前記画素ドライバチップに対応するLEDの前記群に含まれる複数のLEDのそれぞれに関してLED領域全体の直下にある、画素ドライバチップ領域によって位置付けられ、
各画素ドライバチップが前記ディスプレイパネルの表示領域内にあり、前記LEDのアレイが、前記画素ドライバチップのアレイよりも前記ディスプレイパネルの複数の縁部に近い、
