Description
上記変性有機充填材の製造方法は、具体的には、以下のステップを含むことが好ましい。
乾燥した海泡石繊維と脱イオン水を固液比1:5でシリカ用分散剤に加え、1500r/min~1800r/minで5分間撹拌して分散させた。次にシランカップリング剤を上記質量部添加し、回転速度を2500r/minに上げて60分間撹拌して分散させた。調製したスラリーを110℃の恒温乾燥炉で乾燥させ、さらに乾燥した変性海泡石繊維をボールミルで粉砕する。
シリカ用分散剤として、例えばアミン系化合物、シラン系化合物、エポキシ系化合物、グアニジン系化合物、等を挙げることができる。好ましくは、アミン系化合物、シラン系化合物、グアニジン系化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1つを用いるとよい。
タイヤチップ、カシューダスト、加硫促進剤を回転速度70r/min-100r/minで高速ミキサーを用いて5分~10分混合し、続いて予混合粉末をトルクレオメーターにより、回転速度70r/min~100r/min、温度120℃~160℃で、活性化変性を行う。5分~30分変性処理して変性タイヤチップを得、最後に自然条件下で上記変性タイヤチップを室温まで冷却しする。
異物を剥がして取り除き、エチレン酢酸ビニル(Ethylene-vinyl acetate、EVA)ミッドソールを残し、破砕機に送り込んで物理的な破砕、洗浄、乾燥を行い、靴底廃材を得る。
ステップS1で得た変性海泡石繊維、ステップS2で得た変性タイヤチップ、及びステップS3で得た靴底廃材をと定量量り取り、十分に均一に混合し、二軸スクリュー押出機に送り込んで溶融し、押出し、造粒する。
乾燥した海泡石繊維と脱イオン水を固液比1:5でシリカ用分散剤に加え、1500r/min~1800r/minで5分間撹拌して分散させた。次にシランカップリング剤を前記質量部で添加し、回転速度を2500r/minに上げて60分間撹拌して分散させ、調製したスラリーを110℃の恒温乾燥炉で乾燥させ、さらに乾燥した変性海泡石繊維をボールミルで粉砕した。
タイヤチップ、カシューダスト、加硫促進剤を回転速度70r/min-100r/minで高速ミキサーを用いて、5分~10分混合し、続いて予混合粉末をトルクレオメーターにより、回転速度70r/min~100r/min、温度120℃~160℃で5分~30分で変性処理して変性タイヤチップを得た。その後、自然条件下で上記変性タイヤチップを室温まで冷却した。
異物を剥がして取り除き、EVAミッドソールを残し、破砕機に送り込んで物理的な破砕、洗浄、乾燥を行い、靴底廃材を得た。
ステップS1で得た変性海泡石繊維、ステップS2で得た変性タイヤチップ、及びステップS3で得た靴底廃材を量り取り、十分に均一に混合し、二軸スクリュー押出機に送り込んで溶融し、押出し、造粒した。
合格:ノイズ発生率が1%を超えかつ30%以下
不合格:ノイズ発生率が30%を超える
Claims (9)
- 結合材8~15質量部、有機繊維3~8質量部、無機繊維3~8質量部、潤滑材3~8質量部、花崗岩粉末15~25質量部、大理石粉末35~40質量部、変性有機充填材6~10質量部、pH調整剤5~10質量部、及び非銅金属材料0.5~4.5質量部を含み、
前記変性有機充填材は、タイヤチップ20~50質量部、靴底廃材15~25質量部、海泡石繊維10~15質量部、シランカップリング剤2~3質量部、カシューダスト2~5質量部、及び加硫促進剤0.5~2質量部を含み、
前記靴底廃材は15~30質量%のポリオールエステル(POE)と5~15質量%のエチレンプロピレンゴム(EPDM)を含有する、
ことを特徴とする摩擦材。
- 前記結合材は、フェノール樹脂、ホウ素変性フェノール樹脂、カシュー変性フェノール樹脂、及び天然ゴムのうちから選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦材。
- 前記有機繊維はアラミド繊維及びポリアクリル繊維の少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦材。
- 前記無機繊維は、チタン酸カリウム繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、及び玄武岩繊維のうちから選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦材。
- 前記潤滑材は、グラファイト、硫化スズ及び二硫化モリブデンのうちから選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦材。
- 前記pH調整剤は、水酸化カルシウム、石膏粉、石灰、及び消石灰のうちから選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦材。
- 前記非銅金属材料は、チタン、鉄、ニッケル、亜鉛、及び耐熱デュラルミンのうちから選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦材。
- 乾燥した海泡石繊維と脱イオン水を固液比1:5でシリカ用分散剤に加え、
1500r/min~1800r/minで5分間撹拌して分散させ、
シランカップリング剤を添加し、回転速度を2500r/minに上げて60分間撹拌して分散させ、
調製したスラリーを恒温乾燥炉で乾燥させ、
さらに乾燥した変性海泡石繊維をボールミルで粉砕する工程を含む、海泡石繊維の変性処理ステップ1と、
タイヤチップ、カシューダスト、加硫促進剤を回転速度70r/min-100r/minで高速ミキサーにより5分~10分混合し、
続いて予混合粉末をトルクレオメーターにより回転速度70r/min~100r/min、温度120℃~160℃で5分~30分変性して変性タイヤチップを得、
自然条件下で上記変性タイヤチップを室温まで冷却する工程を含む、タイヤチップの活性化処理ステップ2と、
異物を剥がして取り除き、EVAミッドソールを残し、破砕機に送り込んで物理的な破砕、洗浄、乾燥を行い、
靴底廃材を得る工程を含む、靴底廃材の前処理ステップ3と、
前記ステップ1で得られた海泡石繊維、前記ステップ2で得られたタイヤチップ、及び前記ステップ3で得られた靴底廃材を混合し、二軸スクリュー押出機に送り込んで溶融し、押出し、造粒するステップ4と、を含む、
請求項1に記載の摩擦材の製造方法。
- 請求項1-7の何れか一項に記載の摩擦材で作製された摩擦層を含む摩擦材製品。
