空気流動を発生させるメインファン及び空気を浄化するフィルター部材を備え、垂直方向に配置される空気清浄モジュールと、
サブファンを収容するハウジング及び前記ハウジングの下側に提供され、前記空気清浄モジュールから排出された空気を導入する流入グリルを備え、前記空気清浄モジュールの上側に回動可能に提供される、流動調節モジュールと、を備えてなり、
円筒状を有する吐出外壁と、前記吐出外壁の内側に位置して吐出ガイド装置の内周面を形成し、円筒状を有する吐出内壁とを備え、前記空気清浄モジュール上部で前記メインファンによって送風される空気を排出する吐出ガイド装置と、
前記空気清浄モジュール上部で前記吐出内壁の中心部に位置し、上方にラウンド状に延長される第1ガイド面を有し、前記流動調節モジュールを回動可能に支持する固定ガイド部材と、
前記流入グリルと前記第1ガイド面との間で前記流入グリルの一側に固定されるように備えられ、前記流動調節モジュールと共に前記第1ガイド面に沿って移動する第2ガイド面を有する回転ガイド部材と、を備えてなることを特徴とする、空気清浄機。 - 前記流動調節モジュールは、前記空気清浄モジュールから排出される空気を前記流動調節モジュールの上方に排出する第1位置と、前記空気清浄モジュールから排出される空気を前方に排出する第2位置との間を上下回動する、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記固定ガイド部材の第1ガイド面と前記回転ガイド部材の第2ガイド面との間にはベアリングが備えられる、請求項2に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記ベアリングは、前記固定ガイド部材に備えられる第1ガイドベアリングを備え、
前記第1ガイドベアリングは、前記第2ガイド面と接触する、請求項3に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記ベアリングは、前記回転ガイド部材に備えられる第2ガイドベアリングを備え、
前記第2ガイドベアリングは、前記第1ガイド面と接触する、請求項3に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記第1ガイド面と前記第2ガイド面は、相互対向するように配置され、
前記第1ガイド面と前記第2ガイド面は、前記第1ガイドベアリングによって接触しないように備えられる、請求項4に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記回転ガイド部材は、前記流入グリルと結合され、前記流入グリルの空気流入経路を横切るように形成される、請求項6に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記回転ガイド部材は、前記第2ガイド面の長さ方向に複数のギア歯が形成される第1ラックを備え、
前記固定ガイド部材は、前記第1ラックと連動するギアを備えてなる、請求項2に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記ギアは、前記第1ガイド面を貫通して前記第2ガイド面に形成された前記第1ラックと連動する、請求項8に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記吐出ガイド装置は、前記吐出内壁の外周面から前記吐出外壁の内周面に延長され、吐出流路を形成する吐出グリルを更に備えてなる、請求項2に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記流動調節モジュールが第1位置にあるとき、
前記流入グリルは、下向に膨らんだ形状を有するように配置され、
前記吐出グリルは、前記流入グリルに対応して下向に凹んだ形状を有する、請求項10に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記流動調節モジュールが第1位置にあるとき、前記流入グリルは、前記吐出グリルと対向するように配置され、
前記流動調節モジュールが第2位置にあるとき、前記流入グリルは、前記吐出グリルと異なる方向を向くように離隔する、請求項11に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記吐出ガイド装置は、前記吐出内壁から中心に向かって延長されて前記固定ガイド部材を支持する回転ガイド板を更に備えてなる、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記回転ガイド板は、一部が切開されるように形成され、切開されていない面に円周方向にラウンド状に形成されるベアリング溝を備えてなる、請求項13に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記空気清浄モジュールは、前記固定ガイド部材の下に提供され、前記固定ガイド部材を左右に回動させるガイド機構を更に備えてなる、請求項14に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記ガイド機構は、前記固定ガイド部材の下面に突出するように形成された回転軸を備え、
前記回転軸は、前記吐出内壁の内側で回転支持される、請求項15に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記ガイド機構は、前記固定ガイド部材の下側に突出して前記ベアリング溝に挿入され、前記ベアリング溝の円周方向の距離を回転半径として、前記ベアリング溝に沿って前記回転軸を中心に回転する第1ベアリングを更に備えてなる、請求項16に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記ガイド機構は、
前記回転ガイド板の下で円周方向にギア歯が形成される第2ラックと、
前記固定ガイド部材の下面に提供され、前記第2ラックと連動する左右回転ギアとを更に備えてなり、
前記固定ガイド部材は、前記回転軸を中心に左右回転する、請求項17に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記空気清浄モジュールは、円周方向にラウンド状に形成された軸ガイド溝を更に備えてなり、
前記軸ガイド溝には、前記左右回転ギアの軸が挿入されて回転がガイドされる、請求項18に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記第2ラックの回転半径は、前記ベアリング溝の回転半径より大きく形成される、請求項19に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記第1ベアリングは、前記回転ガイド板の切開されていない面に対応し、
前記左右回転ギアは、前記回転ガイド板の切開された部分に対応する前記固定ガイド部材の下側に形成される、請求項20に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記回転ガイド板の切開された部分は、前記第2ラックと前記軸ガイド溝に対応するように形成される、請求項21に記載の空気清浄機。
