Claims (6)
- エアロゾル生成装置において、
バッテリと、
予熱モード及び加熱モードで動作し、エアロゾル生成物質を加熱するためのヒータと、
前記予熱モードにおける前記バッテリの電圧ドロップを防止するために、前記バッテリから印加された電圧を一定電圧に変換して既設定の固定電圧を出力する電圧変換器と、
前記電圧変換器から前記ヒータに供給される電力を制御する制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記ヒータが予熱モードで動作するか否かを決定し、
前記制御部は、前記予熱モードにおいて、前記ヒータの温度が既設定の予熱目標温度に到逹するために要求される電力量及び前記ヒータに印加される前記既設定の固定電圧に基づいて、前記ヒータの予熱に必要な予熱時間を決定し、
前記制御部は、前記予熱モードで前記ヒータの温度が、前記既設定の固定電圧に応じて決定された前記予熱時間内に前記既設定の予熱目標温度に到逹するように、前記既設定の固定電圧を用いて前記ヒータに供給される電力を制御し、
前記制御部は、前記予熱モード後の前記加熱モードで前記ヒータの温度が前記既設定の予熱目標温度よりも低い温度範囲で保持されるように前記ヒータに供給される電力を制御し、
前記既設定の固定電圧が前記ヒータに印加されることで、前記ヒータの予熱に必要な予熱時間が一定である、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記電圧変換器は、
前記バッテリから印加された電圧が前記既設定の固定電圧よりも低い場合、前記印加された電圧を昇圧させ、
前記バッテリから印加された電圧が前記既設定の固定電圧よりも高い場合、前記印加された電圧を降圧させる、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記電圧変換器は、バックブースタコンバータ(buck boost converter)、演算増幅器(Operating Amplifier、OP Amp)及びLDO(Low Dropout)電圧レギュレータ(regulator)のうち、いずれか1つである、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記電圧変換器及び前記ヒータの間に位置し、入力される制御信号によって開閉状態が調節される第1スイッチと、
前記ヒータと接地部との間に位置し、入力される制御信号によって開閉状態が調節される第2スイッチと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記ヒータが加熱される期間の間に前記第1スイッチを閉鎖する制御信号を出力し、
前記ヒータが加熱される期間の間に前記ヒータの電力デューティーサイクルによって前記第2スイッチを繰り返して開放及び閉鎖する制御信号を出力する、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチは、電界効果トランジスタ(field effect transistor)である、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
