Claims (8)
- 複数の通気孔が設けられたエッジカバーと、
前照灯ケーシングに接続するための接続台と、
赤外線乾燥および排気のためのモジュールと、を含み、
前記エッジカバーは、接続台に装着され接続してヘッドランプバックカバーを形成し、
前記モジュールは、前記ヘッドランプバックカバーのキャビティ内に内蔵され、前記ヘッドランプバックカバーによって、前照灯ケーシング内外で空気が流れる経路上に、気圧差に押し動かされて自動的に開閉するパッキンが少なくとも一つ設けられており、
赤外線乾燥および排気のための前記モジュールは、筒体と、ミクロ多孔質膜と、を含み、前記筒体の両側端面にはいずれも前記ミクロ多孔質膜が接続されており、前記筒体内部は、ハニカム状にくり抜かれ仕切られた直通孔状を呈しており、可逆性吸湿微粒子物質と遠赤外線放射エネルギーを高効率で吸収するマイクロパウダー粒子との混合物が内部に充填されていることを特徴とするパッキン構造の赤外線乾燥機能および排気機能を有するヘッドランプバックカバー。 - 前記パッキンが前記エッジカバーのみに設けられているか、または前記エッジカバーおよび前記接続台の両方に前記パッキンが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッキン構造の赤外線乾燥機能および排気機能を有するヘッドランプバックカバー。
- 前記パッキンの外側に、前記パッキンを清潔な状態に保護するためのミクロ多孔質膜が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパッキン構造の赤外線乾燥機能および排気機能を有するヘッドランプバックカバー。
- 前記パッキンは、局所固定または周辺全固定の方式を採用して固定され、局所固定を採用する場合、未固定部位は圧力差の作用の下で前記パッキンを自動的に開閉し、周辺全固定を採用する場合、前記パッキン上に花弁状開口を設け、圧力差の作用の下で前記パッキンを自動的に開閉することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッキン構造の赤外線乾燥機能および排気機能を有するヘッドランプバックカバー。
- 前記パッキンは、シリコーンゴムシートまたはプラスチックフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッキン構造の赤外線乾燥機能および排気機能を有するヘッドランプバックカバー。
- 前記ミクロ多孔質膜は、双方向対流能力のある水蒸気浸透穴を有する薄膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッキン構造の赤外線乾燥機能および排気機能を有するヘッドランプバックカバー。
- 前記筒体の両側端面にはいずれも双方向対流能力のある水蒸気浸透穴を有する薄膜が接続されており、前記前照灯ケーシング内の湿気は、水蒸気浸透穴から筒体内部に入り、前記可逆性吸湿微粒子物質および遠赤外線放射エネルギーを高効率で吸収する前記マイクロパウダー粒子の混合物を経て、水蒸気浸透穴から排出され、外部の空気は、前記モジュールで乾燥されろ過された後、前記前照灯ケーシング内部に入り、前記前照灯ケーシング内に入るのは乾燥した空気であり、前記前照灯ケーシング内外で空気が流れる経路上に、前記パッキンが少なくとも一つ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパッキン構造の赤外線乾燥機能および排気機能を有するヘッドランプバックカバー。
- 前記可逆性吸湿微粒子物質は、可逆性乾燥剤、ベントナイト、シリカエアロゲル、分子篩炭、カーボンエアロゲル吸着剤および吸水性樹脂の一種または複数種であり、遠赤外線放射エネルギーを高効率で吸収する前記マイクロパウダー粒子は、カーボン製品、バイオ炭、電気石、遠赤外線セラミックス、炭化ジルコニウム、金属酸化物および炭化ケイ素の一種または複数種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッキン構造の赤外線乾燥機能および排気機能を有するヘッドランプバックカバー。
