Description
図1は第1の実施形態に係るRFIDタグ201の部分拡大平面図である。このRFIDタグ201は、絶縁体フィルム60と、この絶縁体フィルム60に形成されたアンテナ導体パターン61,62と、絶縁体フィルム60に搭載されたRFICモジュール101と、を備える。
第2の実施形態では、特に、アンテナの構成が第1の実施形態で示した例とは異なるRFIDタグについて例示する。
第3の実施形態では、特に、RFICモジュール近傍のアンテナの構成が第1の実施形態とは異なるRFIDタグについて示す。

Claims (4)
- RFICと、
開放端を有するアンテナと、
前記RFICと前記アンテナとの間に接続されて、前記アンテナに直流的に又は容量結合によって接続され、前記RFICと前記アンテナとのインピーダンスを整合させるインピーダンス整合回路と、を備え、
前記インピーダンス整合回路はコイルを備え、
前記アンテナにより前記コイルの近傍に生じる磁束ループの主要な面と、前記コイルに生じる磁束ループの主要な面とは非平行である、
RFIDタグ。 - 絶縁体フィルム及び基板を備え、
前記アンテナは前記絶縁体フィルムに形成された導体パターンで構成され、
前記RFICは前記基板に搭載されて、前記基板、前記インピーダンス整合回路及び前記RFICによってRFICモジュールが構成され、
前記RFICモジュールが前記絶縁体フィルムに搭載された、
請求項1に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記コイルは前記基板に形成されたスパイラル状の導体パターンで構成された、請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記コイルは、前記RFICに接続される2つの端子電極間に直列接続された、第1コイル及び第2コイルを備え、
前記第1コイル及び前記第2コイルは、前記基板の面に垂直方向にコイルの巻回軸を有し、
前記2つの端子電極の一方から他方への電流通電時に前記第1コイルのコイル開口に鎖交する磁束の方向と前記第2コイルのコイル開口に鎖交する磁束の方向とは、逆方向の関係にある、
請求項3に記載のRFIDタグ。
