Description
また、前記構成によれば、弁部は、円形の底部を有し、基部から本体の開口部に向かって突出したドーム状を呈する。そのため、弁部が本体の開口部を密閉した状態において、均一の力が弁部にかかる。すなわち、弁部が本体の開口部を密閉した状態では、弁部が本体から受ける力は、弁部と本体との接触部分の全体にわたって均一である。そのため、弁部と本体との間に隙間が生ずることを抑えることができ、ドーム状の弁部が開口部を通して本体の吸引空間に吸い込まれることでより高い密閉性を確保することができる。
好ましくは、前記本体は、母乳を搾るときに使用される搾乳器の本体であることを特徴とする。
前記構成によれば、本発明に係る逆流防止弁は、母乳を搾るときに使用される搾乳器の本体に設けられた開口部を開閉し、開口部を通過する母乳の逆流を防止する。
なお、以下に説明する実施形態は、本発明の好適な具体例であるから、技術的に好ましい種々の限定が付されているが、本発明の範囲は、以下の説明において特に本発明を限定する旨の記載がない限り、これらの態様に限られるものではない。また、各図面中、同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は適宜省略する。
Claims (6)
- 本体に設けられた開口部を開閉し、前記開口部を通過する流体の逆流を防止する逆流防止弁であって、
可撓性を有する基部と、
周囲を前記基部に囲まれた状態で前記基部に接続され、前記基部の厚さよりも薄い厚さを有し、前記開口部を開閉する弁部と、
を備え、
前記弁部は、円形の底部を有するとともに前記基部から前記開口部に向かって突出したドーム状を呈し、前記基部の弾性により前記本体に向かって予め付勢され通常状態で前記開口部を密閉し、前記流体が前記開口部を一方向に通過する際に前記開口部を開放し、
前記弁部の端部は、外部には露出せず、全周囲にわたって前記基部に接続されていることを特徴とする逆流防止弁。 - 前記弁部と前記本体との干渉量は、前記本体に対する取り付け部分から離れると大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の逆流防止弁。
- 前記基部に付設され、前記本体に取り付けられる取付部をさらに備え、
前記取付部は、前記取付部の側面から外側に向かって突出した突起部を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の逆流防止弁。 - 前記取付部は、前記基部と前記取付部とが互いに接続された部分に設けられ前記基部および前記取付部から外側に向かって肉が盛られた肉盛部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の逆流防止弁。
- 前記取付部の片側において前記基部に付設され、前記基部からみて前記取付部が延びた方向とは反対方向に延びた把持部をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の逆流防止弁。
- 前記本体は、母乳を搾るときに使用される搾乳器の本体であることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の逆流防止弁。
