Description
ここで、「力学的溶融温度」とは、加熱されて低下する構造部材の降伏強度が失われる温度であり、施工後、放熱によって冷却され、この温度以下になると構造部材の降伏強度は回復する。
図1は、本開示の一実施形態に係る補修用レーザ溶接方法に用いる補修用レーザ溶接装置を示している。

Claims (4)
- 既設構造物の構造部材に生じた亀裂を溶融させて消去する補修用レーザ溶接方法であって、
前記構造部材に対するレーザ光の照射による入熱領域内に前記亀裂を収めるべく、スポット径が3mm未満の前記レーザ光を移動させて前記入熱領域を拡大させ、
該入熱領域を拡大するための前記レーザ光の照射は、温度センサで検出される前記構造部材の力学的溶融温度以下の部位、又は、予めデータとして取得した冷却時間が経過して前記構造部材の力学的溶融温度以下になった部位に対して成され、
前記レーザ光を前記亀裂に沿って複数回パスさせて、先行するパスによる溶融部分が冷却されて力学的溶融温度以下になってから、後行のパスが行われるようにする補修用レーザ溶接方法。 - 前記レーザ光の前記亀裂に沿う複数回のパスのうち、2回目以降のパスを初回パスの軌跡の両側で交互に行わせる請求項1に記載の補修用レーザ溶接方法。
- 前記レーザ光を照射している部位にシールドガスを供給する請求項1又は2に記載の補修用レーザ溶接方法。
- 既設構造物の構造部材に生じた亀裂を溶融させて消去する補修用レーザ溶接装置であって、
レーザ発振器と、
前記レーザ発振器から供給されるレーザ光を前記構造部材に照射しつつ移動するレーザヘッドと、
前記レーザ光が照射された前記構造部材の温度分布を検出する温度センサと、
前記レーザヘッドから照射するレーザ光のスポット径及び前記レーザヘッドの移動をコントロールする制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記レーザヘッドから照射するレーザ光のスポット径を3mm未満に設定し、前記レーザ光の照射による入熱領域内に前記亀裂を収めるべく、前記レーザヘッドを移動させて前記入熱領域を拡大させ、該入熱領域を拡大するための前記レーザ光の照射を前記温度センサで検出される前記構造部材の力学的溶融温度以下の部位に対して行わせ、前記レーザ光を前記亀裂に沿って複数回パスさせて、先行するパスによる溶融部分が冷却されて力学的溶融温度以下になってから、後行のパスが行われるように前記レーザヘッドを制御する補修用レーザ溶接装置。
