Description
Claims (15)
- 1又は複数の生理学的測定を自動的に実行する、コンピュータにより実施される方法であって、
1又は複数のプロセッサにより、1又は複数の記録装置を介して、患者のいる環境の画像及び音声データを取得するステップと、
前記1又は複数のプロセッサにより、前記の取得した画像及び音声データに基づき、前記患者に関連付けられた活動状態を決定するステップと、
前記1又は複数のプロセッサにより、前記患者に関連付けられた前記の決定した活動状態に基づき、取得されるべき前記患者の対応する1又は複数の生理学的測定を識別するステップと、
前記1又は複数のプロセッサにより、前記対応する1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するために、1又は複数の健康センサを作動させるステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記作動させるステップは、前記1又は複数のプロセッサにより、出力装置において、前記対応する1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するために前記1又は複数の健康センサを作動するよう医療職員を促す出力を提供するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記作動させるステップは、前記1又は複数のプロセッサにより、通信モジュールを介して通知装置へコマンドを送信するステップであって、前記コマンドは、前記通知装置に、前記対応する1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するために前記1又は複数の健康センサを作動するよう医療職員を催促させるよう構成される、ステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記作動させるステップは、前記対応する1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するために前記1又は複数の健康センサを自動的に作動させるステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記自動的に作動させるステップは、前記1又は複数のプロセッサにより通信モジュールを介して、前記1又は複数の健康センサに前記1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得させるよう構成される1又は複数のコマンドを送信するステップを有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記活動状態を決定するステップは、前記患者により取られる動きを識別するために前記取得した画像データに対して画像処理を実行するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数のプロセッサにより、1又は複数の動きセンサから、前記患者により取られた前記動きを示す1又は複数の信号を取得するステップ、を更に有する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数のプロセッサにより、前記1又は複数の動きセンサにより検出された1又は複数の動きアーチファクトを低減する又は除去するために、前記1又は複数の取得した生理学的測定をフィルタリングし正規化する測定調整アルゴリズムを実行するステップ、を更に有する請求項7に記載の方法。
- 1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するシステムであって、
1又は複数の記録装置により取得された、患者のいる環境の画像及び音声データを受信する入力と、
1又は複数の健康センサにより前記患者から取得された1又は複数の生理学的測定を受信するセンサ入力と、
前記1又は複数の記録装置及び前記1又は複数の健康センサに動作可能に結合される患者監視装置と、
を有し、前記患者監視装置は、
前記受信した画像及び音声データに基づき、前記患者に関連付けられた活動状態を決定し、
前記決定した活動状態に基づき、前記患者から取得されるべき1又は複数の生理学的測定を選択し、
選択した前記1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するために前記1又は複数の健康センサを作動させる、
よう構成される、システム。 - 出力装置を更に有し、前記患者監視装置は、前記出力装置において、選択した前記1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するために前記1又は複数の健康センサを作動させるよう医療職員を催促するための出力を提供するよう更に構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 通知装置を更に有し、前記患者監視装置は、前記通知装置へコマンドを送信するよう更に構成され、前記コマンドは、前記通知装置に、選択した前記1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するために前記1又は複数の健康センサを作動させるよう医療職員を催促させるよう構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者監視装置は、選択した前記1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得するために前記1又は複数の健康センサを自動的に作動させるよう更に構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者監視装置は、前記1又は複数の健康センサに前記1又は複数の生理学的測定を取得させる1又は複数のコマンドを送信するよう更に構成される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者監視装置は、前記患者の取る動きを識別するために前記取得した画像データに対して画像処理を実行することを決定するよう更に構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者監視装置に動作可能に結合される1又は複数の動きセンサを更に有し、前記患者監視装置は、
前記1又は複数の動きセンサから、前記患者により取られる前記動きを示す1又は複数の信号を取得し、
前記1又は複数の動きセンサにより検出される1又は複数の動きアーチファクトを低減する又は除去するために、前記1又は複数の取得した生理学的測定をフィルタリングし正規化する測定調整アルゴリズムを実行する、
よう更に構成される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
