Claims (6)
- 指に加えられる圧力の解除の際に前記指に対して毛細血管再充満時間を測定するように動作する毛細血管再充満時間測定装置であって、前記毛細血管再充満時間測定装置は、
カメラと、前記カメラから横方向にオフセットされるカメラ光源と、表示コンポーネントと、環境光から前記指をシールドするために前記カメラにクリップされるカフと、
前記毛細血管再充満時間を含む時間間隔に渡って前記指からの光信号を測定するように前記カメラを操作し、
前記測定される光信号の解析に基づいて毛細血管再充満時間値を決定し、
前記決定される毛細血管再充満時間値を前記表示コンポーネント上に表示する
ことを含む操作によって毛細血管再充満時間測定を実行するようにプログラムされる電子プロセッサとを含む、モバイルデバイス
を有し、
前記指が前記カメラ及び前記カメラ光源の上に配置される、
毛細血管再充満時間測定装置。 - 前記カメラを操作することは、前記毛細血管再充満時間を含む少なくとも前記時間間隔の間に前記指を照光するように前記カメラ光源を操作することを含む、請求項1に記載の毛細血管再充満時間測定装置。
- 前記カメラを操作することは、前記指のビデオ又は静止画像の時間シーケンスを収集するように前記カメラ光源を操作することを含み、前記決定は、前記収集されるビデオ又は静止画像の時間シーケンスに基づいて前記毛細血管再充満時間値を決定することを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の毛細血管再充満時間測定装置。
- 前記電子プロセッサは、前記毛細血管再充満時間測定を実行するように、一体型毛細血管再充満時間アプリケーションによってプログラムされる、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の毛細血管再充満時間測定装置。
- 前記測定される光信号の解析に基づいて前記毛細血管再充満時間値を決定する前記操作は、臨床医によって提供される指示の1つによって前記毛細血管再充満時間間隔の始めを特定することを含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の毛細血管再充満時間測定装置。
- 前記測定される光信号の解析に基づいて前記毛細血管再充満時間値を決定する前記操作は、前記毛細血管再充満時間を計算するために信号歪を検出するように前記カメラを操作する前記操作によって生成されるカメラ画像ストリームの赤及び/又は緑及び/又は青のコンポーネントを使用する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の毛細血管再充満時間測定装置。
