Description
本実施形態に係る修理パッチ10は、複合材を修理する際に用いられる補修材である。この修理パッチ10を用いた複合材の修理方法は、複合材に形成された損傷等による欠損部を修理対象としており、この修理対象となる被修理部を修理する方法となっている。
次に、図6を参照して、実施形態2に係る修理パッチの除去層40について説明する。図6は、実施形態2に係る修理パッチの除去層を示す平面図である。実施形態2では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。

Claims (6)
- 複合材の修理対象となる被修理部を補修する複合材の修理パッチにおいて、
強化繊維基材を厚さ方向に複数積層して形成され、前記被修理部に接着される接着面を有するパッチ本体と、
前記接着面に設けられ、前記パッチ本体からはく離可能な除去層と、を備え、
前記接着面は、前記パッチ本体の前記厚さ方向に対して傾斜する傾斜面を有し、
前記除去層は、前記パッチ本体の前記傾斜面と相補的な形状にするための被加工部を有し、
前記被加工部は、前記傾斜面における複数の前記強化繊維基材の端部に対して、前記パッチ本体の前記厚さ方向に対向する位置に形成されるスリットであることを特徴とする修理パッチ。 - 複合材の修理対象となる被修理部を補修する複合材の修理パッチにおいて、
強化繊維基材を厚さ方向に複数積層して形成され、前記被修理部に接着される接着面を有するパッチ本体と、
前記接着面に設けられ、前記パッチ本体からはく離可能な除去層と、を備え、
前記接着面は、前記パッチ本体の前記厚さ方向に対して傾斜する傾斜面を有し、
前記除去層は、前記パッチ本体の前記傾斜面と相補的な形状にするための被加工部を有し、
前記被加工部は、前記傾斜面における複数の前記強化繊維基材の端部に対して、前記パッチ本体の前記厚さ方向に対向する位置に貫通形成される複数の貫通孔であることを特徴とする修理パッチ。 - 前記除去層は、ピールプライであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の修理パッチ。
- 複合材の修理対象となる被修理部を補修する複合材の修理パッチの成形方法において、
前記被修理部に接着される接着面が上面となるように、強化繊維基材を厚さ方向に複数積層して積層体を形成する積層体形成工程と、
前記積層体からはく離可能な除去層を、前記積層体の前記接着面を覆って配置する除去層配置工程と、
前記積層体と前記除去層とが一体となるように加熱して成形する成形工程と、を備え、
前記接着面は、前記積層体の前記厚さ方向に対して傾斜する傾斜面を有し、
前記除去層には、前記積層体の前記傾斜面と相補的な形状にするための被加工部が施され、
前記成形工程では、前記被加工部により前記除去層が前記積層体の前記傾斜面の形状に倣って変形することを特徴とする修理パッチの成形方法。 - 前記成形工程では、前記除去層の変形に追従する被覆部材を、前記除去層を覆って配置して、前記積層体及び前記除去層を成形することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の修理パッチの成形方法。
- 複合材の修理対象となる被修理部を補修する複合材の修理方法において、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の修理パッチが予め用意されており、
前記パッチ本体から前記除去層をはく離するはく離工程と、
前記被修理部の被接着面に接着剤を配置する接着剤配置工程と、
前記接着剤を介して、前記パッチ本体の前記接着面を前記被接着面に対向させて配置するパッチ配置工程と、
前記被修理部に前記パッチ本体を接着させる接着工程と、を備えることを特徴とする複合材の修理方法。
