Claims (12)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体に設けられ、磁性体である塵埃を含むガスが供給されるガス入口と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、前記塵埃をプラスまたはマイナスに荷電させる荷電部と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、荷電された前記塵埃を捕集する集塵部と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記荷電部に付着した前記塵埃を除去する荷電部清掃装置および前記集塵部に付着した前記塵埃を除去する集塵部清掃装置の少なくとも一方を含む清掃装置と、
前記集塵部よりも下流側の前記筐体内に設けられるマグネットフィルタと、
前記マグネットフィルタよりも下流側の前記筐体内に設けられ、前記ガスからオゾンを除去するオゾン除去フィルタと、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記塵埃および前記オゾンが除去された前記ガスを排出するガス出口と、を備え、

前記ガスの酸素濃度が、前記塵埃が着火する限界酸素濃度よりも高いとき、前記電磁石への通電を行わないように構成される、請求項3に記載の電気集塵機。 - 前記複数の磁石板の互いに隣接する磁石板は、異なる極性同士が向かい合うように配置される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電気集塵機。
- 前記マグネットフィルタおよび前記オゾン除去フィルタを保持し、前記筐体から着脱自在に構成されたフレームをさらに備える請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電気集塵機。
- 前記フレームには前記複数の磁石板を挿通可能な切り欠きが形成され、前記複数の磁石板は前記切り欠きに挿通され前記フレームに磁力で固定される、請求項6に記載の電気集塵機。
- 前記オゾン除去フィルタは、活性炭またはオゾン分解触媒を含む、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電気集塵機。
- 前記筐体内の前記オゾン除去フィルタよりも下流側に設けられ、前記ガスを送出するファンをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の電気集塵機。
- 前記請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項の電気集塵機を備える積層造形装置であって、
前記積層造形装置は、
所定の造形領域を覆い所定濃度の不活性ガスが充満されるチャンバと、
前記造形領域に形成される材料層にレーザ光または電子ビームを照射して固化層を形成する照射装置と、
前記チャンバに前記不活性ガスを供給する供給口と、
前記チャンバから前記不活性ガスを排出する排出口と、
前記供給口に前記不活性ガスを供給する不活性ガス供給装置と、を備え、
前記ガスは前記不活性ガスであり、
前記塵埃は前記固化層の形成時に発生するヒュームであり、
前記排出口から排出された前記不活性ガスは、前記電気集塵機へと送られ、前記ヒュームが除去された後に前記供給口へと返送される、積層造形装置。 - 前記積層造形装置は、前記固化層に切削加工を行う切削装置をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記清掃装置による前記荷電部または前記集塵部の清掃は、前記固化層の形成が行われていないときに実施される、請求項10または請求項11に記載の積層造形装置。
