Claims (11)
- 可撓性の基材、及び前記基材の第1の面に設けられ、かつ放射線から変換された光に応じて発生した電荷を蓄積する複数の画素が形成された領域である画素領域を含むセンサ基板と、
前記センサ基板の前記第1の面の側に設けられ、かつ放射線を前記光に変換する変換層と、
前記基材の前記第1の面と反対側の第2の面の側に配置され、かつ予め定められた数の画素単位毎に区画された複数の区間にメッシュ状の放射線吸収部材が設けられた、前記放射線に応じた散乱線を除去する除去部を有するグリッドと、
を備えた放射線画像撮影装置。 - 前記除去部は、前記センサ基板の前記画素領域に対応する領域に配置され、
前記グリッドは、前記基材の前記第2の面における、前記画素領域から予め定められた範囲内の前記画素領域外に対応する領域を覆う面状の放射線吸収部材が設けられた吸収部をさらに有する、
請求項1に記載の放射線画像撮影装置。 - 前記基材は、第1の面の側から平面視した形状が多角形状であり、前記多角形状の一辺における前記画素領域外に対応する領域が前記変換層側に屈曲している、

請求項3に記載の放射線画像撮影装置。 - 前記センサ基板と、前記変換層と、前記グリッドとを収容する筐体をさらに備え、
