Claims (8)
- 第1群のレーザパルスを放出する第1レーザ光源と、
第2群のレーザパルスを放出する第2レーザ光源と、
関心領域における血管路内に配置される測定装置であって、
前記測定装置が、細長い可撓性構造体と前記可撓性構造体面上に配置されるセンサアレイとを有し、前記センサアレイは前記可撓性構造体の周りに配置された複数の光受信器と複数の超音波トランスジューサ素子とを有し、
前記第1群のレーザパルスを前記関心領域における組織に送信し、
前記第1群のレーザパルスの該組織との相互作用の結果として該組織により発生された音波を、前記センサアレイを介して受信し、
前記第2群のレーザパルスを前記関心領域における組織に送信し、
前記第2群のレーザパルスの該組織との相互作用の結果としての一群の反射されたレーザパルスを、前記センサアレイを介して受信し、
超音波信号を前記関心領域における組織に送信し、
前記超音波信号の該組織との相互作用の結果としての超音波エコー信号を、前記センサアレイを介して受信する、
ことにより前記血管路のデータを収集するための測定装置と、
前記データを交互に受信及び送信するように前記測定装置を制御し、前記測定装置と通信して、受信した前記音波、受信した前記反射されたレーザパルス及び受信した前記超音波エコー信号に基づいて前記関心領域の画像を生成する処理エンジンと、
前記処理エンジンと通信して、前記関心領域の前記画像を視覚的に表示するディスプレイと、
を有する、医療用センシングシステム。 - 前記測定装置と通信する光検出器を更に有する、請求項1に記載の医療用センシングシステム。
- 前記第1群のレーザパルス又は前記第2群のレーザパルスを前記測定装置に選択的に送信する電動反射器システムを更に有する、請求項1に記載の医療用センシングシステム。
- 前記測定装置のセンサアレイが該測定装置の長軸の回りに回転する、請求項1に記載の医療用センシングシステム。
- 前記センサアレイが前記測定装置に接続された駆動部材上に配置された、請求項4に記載の医療用センシングシステム。
- 前記測定装置が、
前記超音波信号を送信すると共に超音波エコー信号を受信する超音波トランスジューサと、
前記第1群のレーザパルス及び前記第2群のレーザパルスのうちの少なくとも一方を送信する光エミッタと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の医療用センシングシステム。 - 前記光エミッタが前記超音波トランスジューサの反対側に配置される、請求項6に記載の医療用センシングシステム。
- 前記超音波トランスジューサが、更に、前記レーザパルスの前記組織との相互作用の結果として該組織により発生された前記音波を受信する、請求項6に記載の医療センシングシステム。
