Description
本発明には下記の態様が含まれる。
<1> ホウ酸及び/又はホウ酸の塩、酒石酸及び/又は酒石酸の塩、並びにセメントを含む、石膏成形品製造用添加剤。
<2> 前記ホウ酸及び/又は前記ホウ酸の塩が、焼石膏の量に対して0.01重量%~0.15重量%(好ましくは0.01重量%~0.1重量%)の量で含まれることを特徴とする、<1>に記載の添加剤。
<3> 前記酒石酸が、酒石酸ラセミ体であることを特徴とする、<1>又は<2>に記載の添加剤。
<4> 前記酒石酸及び/又は前記酒石酸の塩が、焼石膏の量に対して0.001重量%~0.1重量%(好ましくは0.005重量%~0.03重量%)の量で含まれることを特徴とする、<1>~<3>のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤。
<5> 前記セメントが、ポルトランドセメントであることを特徴とする、<1>~<4>のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤。
<6> 前記セメントが、焼石膏の量に対して0.05重量%~0.5重量%(好ましくは0.08重量%~0.25重量%)の量で含まれることを特徴とする、<1>~<5>のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤。
<7> 少なくともスラリーから製造され、前記スラリーが焼石膏、水、及び添加剤から形成され、前記添加剤がホウ酸及び/又はホウ酸の塩、酒石酸及び/又は酒石酸の塩、並びにセメントを含む、石膏成形品(特に石膏ボード)。
<8> 焼石膏を水及び添加剤と混合する工程であって、前記添加剤がホウ酸及び/又はホウ酸の塩、酒石酸及び/又は酒石酸の塩、並びにセメントを含んでいる前記工程と、
石膏成形品を形成する工程と、
所望により、前記石膏成形品を乾燥させる工程と、
を含む、石膏成形品(特に石膏ボード)を製造する方法。
Claims (10)
- 焼石膏、水、及び石膏成形品製造用添加剤から形成されるスラリーであって、
前記石膏成形品製造用添加剤は、ホウ酸、酒石酸及び/又は酒石酸の塩、並びにセメントを含み、
前記ホウ酸が、焼石膏の量に対して0.05重量%~0.075重量%の量で含まれること、
前記酒石酸及び/又は前記酒石酸の塩が、焼石膏の量に対して0.011重量%~0.033重量%の量で含まれること、並びに、
前記セメントが、焼石膏の量に対して0.1重量%~0.3重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする、前記スラリー。 - 前記酒石酸が、酒石酸ラセミ体又はL-酒石酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスラリー。
- 前記セメントが、ポルトランドセメントであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスラリー。
- 少なくとも請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のスラリーから製造される石膏成形品。
- 前記石膏成形品が石膏ボードである、請求項4に記載の石膏成形品。
- 焼石膏を水及び添加剤と混合する工程であって、前記添加剤がホウ酸、酒石酸及び/又は酒石酸の塩、並びにセメントを含み、
前記ホウ酸が、焼石膏の量に対して0.05重量%~0.075重量%の量で含まれること、
前記酒石酸及び/又は前記酒石酸の塩が、焼石膏の量に対して0.011重量%~0.033重量%の量で含まれること、並びに、
前記セメントが、焼石膏の量に対して0.1重量%~0.3重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする前記工程と、
石膏成形品を形成する工程と、
を含む、石膏成形品を製造する方法。 - 形成した前記石膏成形品を乾燥させる工程を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記石膏成形品が石膏ボードである、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の方法。
- ホウ酸、酒石酸及び/又は酒石酸の塩、並びにセメントを含む添加剤の、石膏成形品のサグ耐性の向上のための使用であって、前記石膏成形品は少なくとも、焼石膏、水、及び前記添加剤から形成されるスラリーから製造され、
前記ホウ酸が、焼石膏の量に対して0.05重量%~0.075重量%の量で含まれること、
前記酒石酸及び/又は前記酒石酸の塩が、焼石膏の量に対して0.011重量%~0.033重量%の量で含まれること、並びに、
前記セメントが、焼石膏の量に対して0.1重量%~0.3重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする、
前記使用。 - 前記酒石酸がL-酒石酸である請求項9に記載の使用。
