Description
Claims (10)
- 第1のスパンボンド不織構造体と第2のスパンボンド不織構造体との間に挟まれたメルトブローン不織構造体を備えたSMS型不織ラミネート布であって、
上記第1のスパンボンド不織構造体及び上記第2のスパンボンド不織構造体の各々は、1つ又は複数のスパンボンド不織層を含み、
上記メルトブローン不織構造体は、1つ又は複数のメルトブローン不織層を含み、
上記SMS型不織ラミネート布の上記スパンボンド不織層の少なくとも一つが、捲縮された多成分繊維を含み且つ密度が0.02~0.08g/cm3である高ロフトスパンボンド不織層であり、
上記捲縮された多成分繊維は、サイドバイサイド型、偏心シースコア型、三葉型、セグメントパイ型、又は、島海型の配置を有する異なるポリマー成分の明確に区別された2つの領域を含む断面を有し、
上記捲縮された多成分繊維を含む上記高ロフトスパンボンド不織層は、上記メルトブローン不織構造体に隣接しており、
上記メルトブローン不織構造体の坪量は、上記SMS型不織ラミネート布全体の秤量の15%以下であり、
上記SMS型不織ラミネート布が、エンボス加工により接着されており、
標準試験WSP80.6に基づいて得られた上記SMS型不織ラミネート布の水頭値(mm)を、上記メルトブローン不織構造体の坪量(g/m 2 )で割った値である、上記SMS型不織ラミネート布のメルトブローン能率は、100mm/(g/m 2 )を超えているSMS型不織ラミネート布。 - 請求項1のSMS型不織ラミネート布において、
上記SMS型不織ラミネート布の上記スパンボンド不織層の他の少なくとも1つは、捲縮されていない単一成分繊維から形成された普通のスパンボンド不織層であるSMS型不織ラミネート布。 - 請求項1又は2のSMS型不織ラミネート布において、
上記SMS型不織ラミネート布の接着領域の割合が10~15%であるSMS型不織ラミネート布。 - 請求項1又は2のSMS型不織ラミネート布において、
上記SMS型不織ラミネート布の接着領域が、離散したドットによって構成され、且つ該ドットの面積が1~5mm2、及び、該ドットの直径が0.5~1.5mmであるSMS型不織ラミネート布。 - 請求項4のSMS型不織ラミネート布において、
上記SMS型不織ラミネート布が、1cm2当たり20~30個の上記ドットを含むSMS型不織ラミネート布。 - 請求項1又は2のSMS型不織ラミネート布において、
上記メルトブローン不織構造体の坪量が4.0g/m2未満であるSMS型不織ラミネート布。 - 請求項1又は2のSMS型不織ラミネート布において、
上記メルトブローン不織構造体の坪量が、上記SMS型不織ラミネート布全体の坪量の5~15%であるSMS型不織ラミネート布。 - 請求項1又は2のSMS型不織ラミネート布において、
上記メルトブローン不織構造体における上記メルトブローン不織層の各々のメルトブローン繊維の平均直径が3.0μm未満であるSMS型不織ラミネート布。 - 請求項1又は2のSMS型不織ラミネート布の製造方法であって、
(a)移動ベルト上にスパンボンド繊維を堆積させて、1つ又は複数のスパンボンド不織層を含む上記第1のスパンボンド不織構造体を形成し、
(b)上記第1のスパンボンド不織構造体の表面上にメルトブローン繊維を堆積させて、1つ又は複数のメルトブローン不織層を含む上記メルトブローン不織構造体を形成し、
(c)上記メルトブローン不織構造体の表面上にスパンボンド繊維を堆積させて、1つ又は複数のスパンボンド不織層を含む上記第2のスパンボンド不織構造体を形成し、
上記メルトブローン不織構造体に隣接する少なくとも1つの上記スパンボンド不織層が、密度が0.02~0.08g/cm3である高ロフトスパンボンド不織層であり、
上記高ロフトスパンボンド不織層を形成する上記スパンボンド繊維の少なくとも一部が、捲縮された多成分繊維であり、
上記捲縮された多成分繊維は、サイドバイサイド型、偏心シースコア型、三葉型、セグメントパイ型、又は、島海型の配置を有する異なるポリマー成分の明確に区別された2つの領域を含む断面を有するSMS型不織ラミネート布の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2のSMS型不織ラミネート布を備えた衛生製品。
