Claims (2)
- 複数種類の油分が含有された廃棄物の原料を、開閉扉で開閉可能に区切られた複数の区画からなる一連の炭化炉内に通過させ、当該複数の区画ごとに異なる温度で過熱水蒸気処理をして炭化処理物を得る炭化処理装置であって、
前記一連の炭化炉の最初の区画よりも前に、開閉扉で開閉可能に区切られた予備区画を設けてなり、
当該予備区画は、密閉状態で水蒸気を噴射する水蒸気噴射孔を備え、前記炭化炉で廃棄物を炭化処理中に水蒸気を噴射して凝結させ、当該予備区画内の酸素濃度を低下させることを特徴とする炭化処理装置。 - 複数種類の油分が含有された廃棄物の原料を、開閉扉で開閉可能に区切られた複数の区画からなる一連の炭化炉内に通過させ、当該複数の区画ごとに異なる温度で過熱水蒸気処理をして炭化処理物を得る炭化処理装置であって、前記一連の炭化炉の最初の区画よりも前に予備区画を設け、当該予備区画が開閉扉を閉じた密閉状態で水蒸気を噴射する水蒸気噴射孔を備えてなる炭化処理装置における炭化処理方法であって、
前記予備区画の炭化炉端部側から廃棄物を搬入し、前記最初の区画へと搬送する工程と、
前記開閉扉を閉じて最初の区画及び予備区画を密閉状態にし、当該最初の区画で廃棄物に炭化処理をする工程と、
前記最初の区画での炭化処理中に、前記予備区画内に水蒸気噴射孔から水蒸気を一時的に噴射する工程と、
前記最初の区画での炭化処理に要する時間をかけて、予備区画内の低温化させるとともに水蒸気を凝結させ、当該予備区画内の酸素濃度を低下させる工程と、
炭化処理後に前記開閉扉を開け、酸素濃度が低下し、且つ、低温化した予備区画内と高温の最初の区画内とを連通させることで、高温の最初の区画内の温度を低下させる工程と、
前記最初の区画で炭化処理をした廃棄物を、異なる温度での炭化処理のために次の区画へと搬送する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする炭化処理方法。
