Claims (8)

取り付け部材(20)を前記前駆体パネルの前記凹部(54)に接続することであって、前記取り付け部材の縁部(58)が前記前駆体パネルの前記縁部(60,312)と一線上に揃うように、接続すること(108,206)と、
前記取り付け部材(20)を前記前駆体パネルの前記凹部(54)に接続した後に、熱およびガス圧を加えて、前記前駆体パネルを膨張させること(112,210)と
を含む方法。 - 前記取り付け部材(20)を前記前駆体パネル(50,300)に接続すること(108,206)が、モノリシック本体(36,314)を含む取り付け部材を接続することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法(100,200)。
