超音波溶接及び超塑性成形によって構造体を作る方法であって、前記方法は:
超塑性特性を有する第1の材料を備える第1の加工対象物(12)を含む複数の加工対象物を組み立てること;
前記第1の加工対象物(12)を第2の加工対象物(14)に超音波溶接して組立品(16)を成形すること;
超塑性特性を有する前記第1の材料が超塑性変形可能となる温度まで前記組立品(16)を加熱すること、及び
前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の加工対象物(14)との間に流体(24)を注入して前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の加工対象物(14)との間に空洞を形成すること
を含む方法。
(態様2)
金型(20)内に前記組立品(16)を配置すること、及び
前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の対象物(14)との間に前記流体(24)を注入する際に、前記金型(20)の内面(22)に少なくとも前記第1の加工対象物(12)を付勢すること

Claims (10)
- 超音波溶接及び超塑性成形によって機体のための構造体を作る方法であって、前記方法は: 超塑性特性を有する第1の材料を備える第1の加工対象物(12)を含む複数の加工対象物を組み立てること;前記第1の加工対象物(12)を第2の加工対象物(14)に超音波溶接して組立品(16)を成形すること;超塑性特性を有する前記第1の材料が超塑性変形可能となる温度まで前記組立品(16)を加熱すること、及び前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の加工対象物(14)との間に流体(24)を注入して前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の加工対象物(14)との間に空洞を形成することを含み、前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の加工対象物(14)とは、0.1mmから2mmの厚さを有し、前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の加工対象物(14)のうちの少なくとも1つは、異なる融点を有する2つ以上の材料を含む不均質な加工対象物である方法。
- 金型(20)内に前記組立品(16)を配置すること、及び 前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の加工対象物(14)との間に前記流体(24)を注入する際に、前記金型(20)の内面(22)に少なくとも前記第1の加工対象物(12)を付勢することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の加工対象物(12)と前記第2の加工対象物(14)との超音波溶接の前又は最中に前記第1の加工対象物(12)及び前記第2の加工対象物(14)を加熱することをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの局所領域内で前記第1の加工対象物(12)が前記第2の加工対象物(14)に超音波溶接されるのを防止することをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の加工対象物(12)を前記第2の加工対象物(14)に摩擦溶接することをさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の加工対象物(14)は、超塑性特性を有する第2の材料を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の加工対象物(14)は、前記第1の材料の融点よりも高い融点によって特徴付けられる第2の材料を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの超塑性成形されたコルゲーション(28)を含む第1のシート(12)、及び前記第1のシート(12)に超音波溶接された第2のシート(14)を備え、前記第1のシート(12)と前記第2のシート(14)とは、0.1mmから2mmの厚さを有し、前記第1のシート(12)と前記第2のシート(14)のうちの少なくとも1つは、異なる融点を有する2つ以上の材料を含む不均質なシートである機体のためのマルチシート構造体。
- 前記第1のシート(12)及び前記第2のシート(14)のうちの少なくとも1つがアルミニウム合金を含む、請求項8に記載のマルチシート構造体。
- 前記第1のシート(12)及び前記第2のシート(14)のうちの少なくとも1つは、第1の融点を有する第1の領域及び第2の融点を有する第2の領域を含み、前記第1の融点は前記第2の融点よりも高い、請求項8又は9に記載のマルチシート構造体。
