Claims (5)
- 弁室が設けられた筒状の弁ハウジングと、前記弁室に配置された第1弁座と、前記弁室に前記第1弁座と対向して配置された第2弁座と、前記第1弁座と前記第2弁座との間に軸線方向にスライド可能に配置されたUターン弁体と、を有する流路切換弁であって、
前記Uターン弁体は、前記第1弁座側に配置された第1弁体部と、前記第2弁座側に配置された第2弁体部と、を有し、
前記第1弁体部は、前記第1弁座に設けられた複数のポートのうちの2つのポートを連通させる第1Uターン通路が設けられ、
前記第2弁体部は、筒状部材と、前記筒状部材の内側に当該筒状部材に対して前記第1弁座と前記第2弁座との対向方向に移動可能に配置された通路部材と、前記筒状部材と前記通路部材との間に配置された環状の封止部材と、を有し、
前記筒状部材と前記通路部材とは、前記第2弁座に設けられた複数のポートのうちの2つのポートを連通させる第2Uターン通路を形成するように構成され、
前記第1弁体部と前記第2弁体部との間には前記弁室と連通された背圧空間が設けられていることを特徴とする流路切換弁。 - 前記第1弁座と前記第2弁座との間に軸線方向にスライド可能に配置されたストレート弁体をさらに有し、
前記ストレート弁体は、前記Uターン弁体とともにスライドされるように構成されており、前記第1弁座に設けられた複数のポートのうちの1つのポートと前記第2弁座に設けられた複数のポートのうちの1つのポートとを連通させるストレート通路を有している、請求項1に記載の流路切換弁。 - 前記第1弁体部と前記第2弁体部の筒状部材との間に圧縮コイルばねが配置されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記通路部材は、前記第2弁座と対向する半楕円球状の凹部が設けられている、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記第2弁座または前記筒状部材における前記第2弁座側の端面には、当該第2弁座に設けられた複数のポートのうちの最も高圧の流体が流れるポートと前記弁室とを連通する均圧路が設けられ、
前記封止部材は、前記第2Uターン通路から前記背圧空間への流体の移動を許容しかつ前記背圧空間から前記第2Uターン通路への流体の移動を規制するように構成されている、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の流路切換弁。
