Description
ドライバ基板90は、筐体10内における軸流ファン70よりも後側に設けられている。ドライバ基板90は、その主面が前後方向に沿うように配置されている。
Claims (13)
- 一端面、他端面、及び前記一端面と前記他端面との間の一側面を有する筐体と、
前記筐体内の前記一端面側に設けられた発光部と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、前記発光部に熱的に接続された放熱部と、
前記一側面における前記放熱部に対向する領域に少なくとも形成された排気口と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、前記放熱部に冷却風を供給する軸流ファンと、
前記軸流ファンと前記放熱部との間に設けられ、前記軸流ファンから供給された前記冷却風の一部を遮蔽すると共に前記排気口から離れる方向へ偏向させる遮蔽偏向板と、を備え、
前記軸流ファンから供給された前記冷却風の他部は、前記遮蔽偏向板に当たらずに、前記放熱部へ直接導入され、
前記放熱部において前記冷却風は、前記排気口側のみから前記放熱部外へ流出するように流れる、光源装置。 - 前記遮蔽偏向板は、前記軸流ファンの軸方向に対して非平行となる角度で延びるように配置されている、請求項1に記載の光源装置。
- 前記遮蔽偏向板は、前記一端面側に向かう前記冷却風の向きを、前記一側面に対向する他側面側に偏向させる角度で配置されている、請求項2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記軸流ファンは、ハブと前記ハブの周囲に設けられた複数の羽根とを含むインペラを有し、
前記遮蔽偏向板は、前記軸流ファンの軸方向から見て、前記軸流ファンにおける前記排気口側を覆うように配置され、且つ、前記羽根の基端から先端までの長さであって前記ハブを含まない長さに対応する幅を有する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記遮蔽偏向板は、前記軸流ファンの前記一端面側に取り付けられた取付板から延在するように設けられ、
前記取付板は、前記軸流ファンの送気口に対応する開口を有する、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記軸流ファンは、固定板に固定され、
前記取付板は、前記固定板と協働して前記軸流ファンを挟持する、請求項5に記載の光源装置。 - 前記軸流ファンは、前記筐体内に並設され、
一の前記遮蔽偏向板は、複数の前記軸流ファンと前記放熱部との間に設けられ、複数の前記軸流ファンから供給された前記冷却風の一部を遮蔽すると共に前記排気口から離れる方向へ偏向させる、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記排気口は、前記筐体の前記一側面における前記放熱部に対向する領域のうち、前記一端面側以外の領域に形成されている、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。
- 前記一側面における前記排気口の周辺から前記筐体内の前記一端面側に向かって延び、前記一側面に対して傾斜する整流板を備える、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。
- 前記排気口は、前記一側面に形成された孔であって、当該一側面にハニカム状に配列されている、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。
- 前記軸流ファンは、前記放熱部との間の距離が前記他端面との間の距離以下となる位置に配置されている、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。
- 前記軸流ファンから供給された前記冷却風の一部は、前記放熱部において前記排気口から離れる側へ回り込んだ後に前記排気口へ向かって流れる、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。
- 前記排気口は、前記筐体外の前記他端面側へ向かって前記冷却風を排気する、請求項1~12の何れか一項に記載の光源装置。
